Beware of this company please Look at Better Business Bureau (bbb) and read the negative reviews on yelp and Google. These people have been crying out and never heard. Unfortunately, I am also another casualty. I have been waiting close to a year for my windows and they look like Frankenstein installed them. I will let the pictures speak for themselves.

We have had the worst experience ever with this company. It is difficult to understand the high ratings. They have ZERO customer service. We ordered our windows last November and we continue to await the installation of a set of windows. They have lost the order, they have claimed bad weather, and ultimately they ignore the phone calls and emails for resolution. Despite our numerous efforts to resolve the matter, no one reaches out. Employees leave the organization, and who stays behind does not have any buy in or resolve. Be very wary of doing business. While the quality of work is good and that I won’t deny, what good is it if you can’t get the work completed and your order isn’t honored!!!! Don’t do business with them if you have other choices.

Delay after delay , they promised me windows before the hurricane season 9 months ago , and it’s been delayed more than 5 times already! They Do not keep their promise , also to get out of the contract you have to pay 30% of the total cost of the project!!!! Insane they are robbing people , do not sign! Also this is my google gmail name , if you would like to contact me my name is John L. And I do have an open contract with your company to install for over $16,000 in Boca Raton,fl. Your company manager Maria has informed me yesterday that to get out of the contract I have to pay 30% of the total. Your company broke their promise to install before the hurricane season.

My first experience with Alco was not positive, as my project experienced delays and their customer service manager was dodging my calls and failing to provide updates. However, Alco has gone above and beyond to make up for this and make sure that they did right by me. I was put in direct contact with the owner, Luis, who finally introduced a sense of transparency and accountability into the process. Once he became involved, my windows and doors were ordered and manufactured quickly and permits were submitted and approved in a timely manner. Once my project was ready for installation, I was put in touch with the installation manager Alex Feliu. Alex, understanding my situation, was clearly focused on making sure my installation went off without a hitch. And indeed, he made sure that my installation was smooth and seamless. The work was done in a timely manner, the inspection was handled well, and Alex made sure I was always clear on next steps. I didn’t need to micromanage or keep on top of anyone; I was able to trust Alex to get it done. I’m very happy with the quality of my windows and doors and the installation. Folks like Luis and Alex were able to turn a very stressful and unpleasant situation into an overall positive, and I can rest easy knowing that this work was done well, with permits, and clear documentation.

Alco had done a great job remodeling my bathroom. I love my bathroom after remodeling with Alco! It looks awesome! The workers were great especially Orlando and Yurquis. They were thorough with their work paying attention to every simple details without being asked or pointed out! Will definitely use the service in the future! Only recommendation is to improve the office service with scheduling and following up on a timely manner after signing the contract without being asked by the customer.

****BUYER BEWARE!!! **** I signed a contract with ALCO Windows on April 6, 2023, for a construction project at my property in Key Biscayne, FL. From the outset, this experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite paying ALCO Windows $33,012.15, they have failed to perform any work, including applying for the necessary permits or ordering materials as stipulated in our agreement. Upon learning that the work I contracted ALCO Windows to do was not permitted by my city, I immediately informed them. However, they attempted to proceed with unpermitted work, resulting in my condo association rescinding their permission for ALCO to operate on the property. This situation should have warranted an immediate halt and full refund, given that no actual work had commenced. In addition to their complete failure to adhere to legal and contractual obligations, the owner of ALCO Windows has treated me with unprofessionalism and disrespect. He has screamed at me multiple times over the phone, lied about the status and progress of the project, and strung me along with false promises. Now, ALCO Windows refuses to communicate with me directly, only responding through their attorney, who in turn, ignores my attempts to reach out. Despite their blatant disregard for the contract terms and the law, ALCO Windows refuses to refund any portion of my payment. Their actions have caused significant stress and financial strain, as I am now left with no completed work and a substantial loss of funds. I urge anyone considering using ALCO Windows and Doors to reconsider. Their business practices are deceitful and untrustworthy. They have demonstrated a total lack of integrity and professionalism, making them wholly unfit for any contracting work. Do not risk your time, money, or peace of mind with this company. ALCO Windows are crooks who will take your money and provide nothing in return. Do yourself a favor and hit the back button and choose another company. You’ll save yourself a lot of headache and a lot of money.
