I had a really tough door (3) replacement in my house. I received several quotes and there was a wide variety. I ended up going with Reliable and I am so glad that I did. They were so professional, the doors are absolutely beautiful and the price was reasonable (all of them are expensive but Reliable is a very good value for the price at least). I will use them for any impact doors and windows. Great people, great product, great job! John

Rob and his team installed impact doors and windows back in the summer of 2017. The whole process went smoothly and the products they installed have been great. 7 years later, (June 2024) one of the sliding doors was not locking. Today, Arturo came out and quickly and professionally made a minor adjustment and fixed the problem. Incredible products sold and serviced by wonderful and talented people. Thank you!

Brian and the Reliable team were great the beginning to end. Brian helped us picked out the right windows for our budget and guided us on some design choices. His team was very professional and extremely clean. The windows came out looking great and they made sure every detail was finished 100% before walking away. Would highly recommend them!

We contacted Reliable Impact Windows and Doors based on a recommendation and we are so happy that we chose them! Their price was comparable to other companies and the main reason they stood above the others was Rob Morris’ responsiveness in getting us the information we requested, answering our questions immediately (even on Sunday) and making requested changes to our estimate before signing. We were blown away at his communication and attention to detail! Installation went better than expected too. Installers were on time every day, they were polite and friendly, super clean and went above and beyond to minimize disruption to our lives. For us, our project was HUGE, for Reliable it was likely small (two-bedroom home, replacing all windows and doors) BUT the Reliable Team treated us and our project like we were their number one customer!
