Wow, I am shocked by these reviews! This company is horrible. There is no communication, we have been trying since November to get a ripped screen replaced. They knew it was ripped when they stalled it. Do not use this company, you will be sorry!

Awesome company. They sent 2 crews. On Memorial Day. So my dogs wouldn’t have to be out in the heat so long. They did excellent work and everyone I worked with was very nice. I will always use them!

I bought 4 new exterior doors from Florida Window Geeks. Fiberglass doors with double pane hurricane glass. Beautiful doors & 1st rate installation by Fernando & Gianko. I’m very happy with the products & the installation.

Fernando & Gianko did a truly professional job with the installation and exterior framing/finishing work. They were professional, personable, and courteous. They were also very neat and clean ~picked up all debris, etc. The windows are beautiful and make such an improvement to my home. I am very happy with my installation, experience and purchase from Florida Window Geeks.

OH HAPPY DAY! Having met Joe LeLoup, owner.. accidentally in his showroom in December 2023…he reviewed , suggested and answer my questions regarding Windows! I would like to thank him , his sales person Nathane Byrne for their professionalism!! I would especially like to thank Zach Smith (installer) and his assistant Tristan for their professionalism and expertise last week while installing nine windows in two days under extreme heat conditions!! Zach installed them with precision… and Tristan assisted every step of the way!! They worked as a team!! Bravo!! Ready for inspection!! 😊 THANK YOU AGAIN!!

To date, the contractor holds 61 open permits in Lee County dating back to 4/5/22. Contracted for 5 impact, french doors dated 4/13/23, Lee County building permit OPN2023-04322. The contractor failed to obtain a permit in a timely manner, failed to order materials and follow up on delivery in a timely manner, installation date set for 11/14 and now states cannot fulfill due to ONE employee quitting. . The contractor has held $10,000 in funds for over 6 months without providing any goods or services. UPDATE: The Impact Doors were installed on December 11th.

*Please Read* *This is a complete house 13 windows and 9 sliding doors *I am giving 1 star becase it wouldnt let me post with zero . I had posted a review before but they asked me to please take it down so I did thinking my issues would be resolved. Products came to my house scratched ,dirty , bent and full of leaves .Did a “box out ” on my sliding doors which I was Not told about when I ordered and added 2×4 to make 1 set fit because it was to short and i was told this After they already ripped out the previos set of doors . The front doors were the wrong size and they try to convince you to build it out. The second time they brought them the opened the wrong way .The crew that did the stucco dropped stuff all over patio and mulch even the “new” sliding doors plus they trampled my aloe plant and smashed 1 of my gutters. They have been to my house 4 different times and and Nothing has been fixed almost 2 years later and they keep saying the people I talked to no longer work there . EVERY SINGLE TIME ! Had an appointment that I had to cancel but said they would call to reschedule in 30 minutes , That was over 3 weeks ago and I’m still waiting for that call.

I have nothing but positive feedback for this company from the estimate process to the installation. When it came time for the installation Zach & Tristan were complete professionals. They were on time, prepared and so nice to have in our home. They went and beyond to make sure the job was done right. Thank you for a beautiful job and for such a great experience. We are so happy with our new sliders!
