First time ever having a broken window repaired. Reached out and the customer service rep was nice. I called in got the first estimate, they came out, needed another kind/size of glass, left, got the second estimate, came back and they fixed it. The service was overall good except the interactions in the end. I didn’t ask during the first estimates(that was partially on me) about how the payment process works because I thought they would give you a final estimate at the end and you could just like go to a website or come in and pay. That’s my experience with previous transactions for jobs (and I thought that that’s how this went as well). Anyways in the end I didn’t know you had to pay right there and then, which is perfectly okay I just wasn’t prepared. I had to get the money transferred over, find my purse, and only hope I had my card in there, because at no point was it ever discussed how to pay like if I could use Zelle, cash app, etc and only found out then they only take card which is probably something you’d want to disclose before the job is complete if that’s the only thing you take. I was already nervous because I was caught off guard, I was uncomfortable because I had two men in my house while I was alone staring at me while I’m explaining and apologizing about being unaware of the process and having to find the stuff and transferring the funds. The short man was okay at first. While he was explaining some useful stuff to me about the window earlier he said “yeah you had dirt in the window and I probably should’ve cleaned it out but I didn’t.” I was like okay? I let it go because I can probably just clean it, but why would you say that. He was okay at first and only started to become really rude and his body language like shifted after he asked me for payment and I asked him if they take Zelle, cash app, etc(again I didn’t know how because was it ever mentioned). All he said was “we take card” with no explanation. I didn’t see him pulling out anything to like swipe or tap the card I still had to find. So I asked him again and explained that I didn’t see him pulling anything out for that kind or swipe or tap transaction so I just wanted to make sure. He just repeated “we take card” yet again still not really explaining what he’s going to do with the card. I let it go and moved on to apologize and was explaining that I was transferring the funds and was going to find my card next. The short man kept replying “that’s for you to figure out” or “that’s not my problem that’s for you to figure out”. I finally found everything and gave the card, because what else was I going to do. The tall guy seemed okay, he gave my dog a treat in the end. Everything combined made me extremely uncomfortable and intimidated in my own home. I have had other jobs completed in my home and by men and never have I felt this uncomfortable in my house. I know it’s hot outside and it’s a laborious job and I even offered bottled water in the beginning and mid way through just in case and to be kind. But how it all ended way not okay. Though the job was completed in a timely manner, I won’t be using these services again. I uploaded some pics of the window for reference of the work. For future customers that live alone: If you use this company, I’d suggest having someone over while the services are being completed. Nobody should have to feel like that in their own home. Don’t assume anything and ask all of the questions regardless of what it is. And in the end you have to give them your card and they call it in once the job is completed (which also made me uncomfortable because they call it in and read your personal info out loud) so if you have anybody else there , just be aware. If you’re not comfortable with that then now you know.

Had a couple of old single pane windows get broken this week and needed them fixed in a hurry. I brought them the windows in the morning and they had them done by lunch time. Highly satisfied with they turn around and the price. I will definitely bring them any more work I have and recommend them to anyone needing a window fixed.

Great experience! Called to inquire about custom cut glass for end table tops. Fair price quoted, no deposit required. One day later, we picked up our beautiful gray glass table tops. Super nice staff & a beautiful new look for our tables. Wow!
