I chose Seascape Windows and Doors because it has a 5 star rating, and Mark was very helpful in working with me to determine the best windows and door for me. Also, other companies didn’t offer the door I wanted. Sergio and crew were very professional and skillful in installing the windows and door, which are made from high quality materials, and they are exactly what I ordered. Catherine in the office is also very courteous and efficient in helping me with any questions or concerns. I highly recommend Seascape. They are professional, skillful and able to deliver quality products.

We recently had all new impact windows and doors installed by Seascape Windows and Doors, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Our salesperson, Sarah, was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain all our options without any pressure to make a decision. This approach made us feel confident in choosing them over other companies. The pricing was competitive, which made the decision even easier. They handled all the paperwork needed for our HOA and kept us updated throughout the entire process. Scheduling the installation was seamless, thanks to their flexibility and clear communication. Every appointment was timely, from our initial consultation with Sarah, to the precise measurements taken by Mike, and finally the installation. Jenna, their customer service representative, was always available to answer our questions and address any concerns. The installation team was fantastic. They arrived on time, maintained a clean workspace, and showed great attention to detail. It was clear they took pride in their work, ensuring everything was perfect before leaving. Even after the project was completed, I reached out with a couple of follow-up questions and received prompt, helpful responses. Truly a wonderful company. We installed all new impact windows and doors. The entire process was stress free. Mark, the salesperson, was informative and applied no pressure to use the company, which is ultimately what led me to use them. Price was competitive with other companies, so it was an easy choice as there was no hard sell. They provided everything needed to submit to the HOA, kept us informed throughout the process and worked with us on scheduling installation. All scheduled appointments were completed on time, from meeting with Mark to sign contracts, meeting with Glen to do measurements, and setting installation. Kathryn was always always available for questions. The installers were punctual, clean (as clean as you can be when you are ripping out windows and doors) and cared about what they were doing. Even after the work was completed, I have reached out and they are very responsive. I would absolutely recommend Seascape Windows and Doors!

Our experience upgrading our old windows/doors to impact with Seascape was amazing! From all the companies we considered, Mark from Seascape was the only person that kept his appointment and didn’t require that both me and my spouse be present for the initial consultation. Mark was courteous, respectful of our time and didn’t treat us like he was trying to sell us. Everything was explained very thoroughly with supporting documentation and no pressure sales calls. With all considered, it was an easy decision to give Seascape our business. Mark and Glen set up a measuring appointment and again walked us through the process and what to expect. Glen was also very personable and the 2nd tallest person I have ever met pushing 7 FT! He was in and out in a flash and never in our hair. Once our windows were ordered, we were given the delivery expectations. As luck would have it, we were informed that the windows were delivered a few weeks earlier than promised! The timing was great since Hurricane Season was upon us. Kathryn immediately reached out to us to schedule and advised us that it would take only 2-3 days tops to complete. The process was not as intrusive as I expected, and we were still able to access all areas of our home. Sergio, our assigned Technician, was respectful of our home, did amazing work and was very personable. Mark stopped by during the installation to make sure things were going as planned. Fast forward to completion day and we passed our county inspection with flying colors. Our windows and doors are great, and we can already feel a difference in the efficiency of the windows from privacy, UV filtering, a steady/comfortable temperature in our home and excellent noise filtering. There is also the peace of mind of having the added security benefits. As with most major projects, there was a little cleanup afterwards, but the Seascape team were prepared with coverings to minimize construction debris and did a great job of removing the construction debris from our property. Even after the work was completed, Kathryn and the Seascape team were accessible and still willing to assist with questions and supplying needed documents. Nowadays, many companies have abandoned customer service and have resorted to AI or outsourcing to interact with their customers. Seascape invests in taking care of their customers through courtesy, respect, communication, honesty, quality products, employing professionals, keeping promises, keeping appointments and making the whole experience stress free.
