AA window and glass been around in Washington DC for over 25 years Recently they came to one of my jobsites they provided a very competitive price To remove a storefront window glass at a smoothie King in Georgetown to put some equipment inside in the store after 2 hours later they came back Reinstall the storefront window glass Definitely Very professional I will use this companies again

This is arguably the most unprofessional business I worked with. First red flag is the tech showed to inspect my window issue with no tools. I had to let him use my tools. Second red flag was he charged me $125 for a consultation. He was really nice at the time and identified and explained the issue with my window, so I didn’t worry too much about it. He said he needed to order the part and would be in touch. He then ghosted. I called repeatedly for months and the few times I talked to him he asked me to text him my address so he could look up my account. Every time I did he would just not reply. I finally got ahold of him today and he was beyond rude and said he only had one text message from which was a lie. Said he didn’t know who I was but kept saying he was just going to come by today to fix it despite not “knowing who I was.” Told me he couldn’t check the invoices and said he would refund it if I text him a picture of proof of payment. I texted it to him and of course no response. Luckily my bank is working with me to dispute the charge, but this has been a 3 month ordeal. It’s unfortunate because he seemed nice, like he knew his stuff but he is bad at business and is dishonest. Steer clear!

Fixed windows so they could stay open! After a window company told me I had to replace our windows at 1K+ per window, AA Window & Glass solved our problem for less than 1k total! So grateful for their honesty and integrity. Plus they did a great job!!

Great service by these guys. They were very responsive. owner and his son are passionate about this business and wouldn’t mind going the extra distance to help when feasible. Fair pricing as well. I highly recommend them.
