Zack was always available to answer any and all questions and his installation team, Miles and Jeremiah, are top notch installers who did an amazing job, taking care to work around us. If there were 10 stars, I’d give them.

I ordered a replacement door for my patio. The sales person was very professional and strate forward. After a bit of discussion the cost of the door dropped to $11,000 +. Yes quite a bit for a sliding patio door. The door was installed in April and I have no complaints about the installation. My main complate that for the cost of this door it is very difficult to cross the treshold, as it is a multi leveled track with high rails that that make it very uncomfortable to step on. I have called and spoke to customer representitive who basically has told me “that’s the way the doors are made”. If I had known that this is how the door was threshold was going to be built I would not have ordered the door. The brochure pictures did not show a step down threshold (which is also, a tripping hazzard), nor the raised railing which is very uncomfortable to step on. The customer rep has not returned calls and I am stuck with a $11,000 door that is very uncomfortable to exit or enter on, with a potential dangerous, tripping hazzard. I expected more from Anderson Renewal based on their reputataion and reviews. It is sad to see a company that charges for premium product and service be so lacking in the service part. I do not recomend them based on poor service.

All they were working on my house a pitbull attacked my pit bull and the gentleman that was working on the house was kind enough to beat the crap out of that attacking dog with a 2×4. That takes a real man and I love those guys.

Joe & The Entire Team were extremely helpful and communicative during the entire design and install process! They even helped move up our install date to accommodate a new addition to our family. We are very happy with the quality of the product and the entire project with Clearview!

Working with Clearview to get 20+ windows replaced in our home was a very pleasant surprise. Their window specialists were very knowledgeable and helped us make the best decision for updating our windows – with Milgard V300 Trinsic Vinyl with Low-E 366 glass. The installation process was seamless with a great technician who was good at communicating throughout and helped us through the expected things that come up in a project like this. Got referred ti these guys. Dont know what they are talking about. I asked to replace all windows in my house and they kept referring me to a company that only replaces broke glass panels, not the full window. Guess they didn’t want my money.

My sales person Joe Eurton was very helpful and responsive. They provided very clear quotes. Not pushy. Installation went well. Had 5 large Anderson windows and 1 patio sliding door. They look good and are working well thus far!

Our experience with Clearview Distributors was outstanding from beginning to end. Dennis Brown, our salesman was friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. Dennis put our minds at ease and was the contributing factor in us choosing Clearview. Working with Crystal Walker in the office was a pleasure. She kept us informed through out, returned calls immediately and was extremely organized down to the minor details. The installation wet surprisingly well.The crew was on time, efficient and meticulous. Everyone I worked with including Cathy at the front desk was always pleasant and helpful. We used Clearview to replace our windows and we were super pleased with the experience. When it came time to replace 2 doors and convert a window to a door, we naturally called Clearview. The experience was just as rewarding as the first time. We will use them again!!
