The windshields are being installed incorrectly. They have a huge amounts of warranty claims. I have witnessed this. Windshield that aren’t installed correctly can damage the structural integrity of the car and cause the roof to collapse in during a collision. If you care about you and your family not dying in an accident consider going somewhere else. They say it’s a fake review but it’s not. This is the kind of business that needs closed.

I went to Glass Doctor of Montrose for a windshield replacement, and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! The front office staff was incredibly engaging, accommodating, genuinely friendly, and extremely helpful during each of our interactions. The installation was extraordinarily quick, while the installation technician personally shook my hand, introduced himself, explained what the installation process entailed, and left me with the impression that he took incredible pride in his responsibilities, and was genuinely appreciative of the opportunity to help me. Extraordinary experience from start to completion!!

Not so good. Walk in, order glass, leave (assuming all was well and good). Radio silence from them. Call up to see how order is coming. They didn’t do anything because I didn’t specify why I wanted a piece of glass. Seems hardly relevant, plus they sat on my order and did nothing, never called me. Horrid customer service.
