Window works worked very fast replacing 7 windows in 6 hours. During the time of signing the contract and getting windows was 6 weeks so much faster than I expected. The workers were easy to talk to and cleaned up everything before they left.

I purchased 19 windows and replaced multiple window sills totaling more than $16K. I was treated absolutely terribly by the owner and their GM. They do not stand by their work. They damaged my property then when I complained they sent a supervisor over to intimidate me! Then the owners threatened to sue me! Beware: contract states YOU, the buyer, will pay THEIR legal fees in case of a dispute! The windows don’t seal and they’ve continually ignored my warranty requests. I recommend you avoid this company! UPDATE: Owners response is a blatant lie.

I have used Window World both in NJ and Denver. Twice in NJ and Twice in the Denver area. In my Aurora home they installed all new windows in my investment property right before we sold the home. In my Denver area home, they installed a large custom patio door that was used to close in a patio to become a three season room. This was actually five years ago. The door looked great. The door functioned good. The problem was in rain or snow water came into my finished space. I used Window World specifically because they talk about their warranty. I called for service. They came out and did some adjustments. We do not get much rain here in CO. So a few months later, after a rain, I see that I am still getting water inside my finished space. I was always polite and professional. I did stand my ground that they needed to adjust the door so that the interior of my home stayed dry. They came out two or three more times. Same issue. Finally on one of the last visits whatever they adjusted or added caulk to did the trick. I tested it with a hose after the caulk dried a week or so. The interior of my home stayed dry. I thought ok. They stood behind their work. Things happen. No big deal. I actually rate companies often on how they handle problems. Things happen. Fix it. Then I am satisfied. Whenever I saw a post asking who to go to for windows and doors, I always said go to Window World. I had no idea there was an issue. I am looking to replace a sliding door in my new build in Boulder County. It is a standard door, should be no issue. I was also planning on replacing a few windows in a different investment property before we sell it. I called Window World. They said they will not work with me because of the installation issue at my prior home several years ago. So caution. They have a warranty. If you use the warranty, you will not be able to do business with them again. It is not my fault it took four or five attempts to fix a leaking door. I always provided photos showing a decent amount of water seeping inside my home. I never even had an idea they were upset. I was always nice and professional. After using Window World at multiple properties and only having to call for service at one property, they consider that an issue. So caution if you want to use Window World. I will revise my rating if they want to install the patio door in my Boulder home. I appreciate the Window World response. I have already called customer service. I have already talked to the local manager. There is nothing more as a consumer I can do. If you can help me, that would be great. I tried everything I know to do. If you look at my review history they are a majority of five star reviews. I try everything I can before I give a low rating. So my issue is not resolved. I did nothing wrong other than request a leaking door be fixed. I had no idea after the numerous jobs, I have had window world do who would think that using my warranty one time would be an issue. June 25th 2024 update: So far nobody from Window World Customer Service has reached out as promised in the reply. Once again, I have used this company quite a few times. One time, I used my warranty for a door that leaked water into my house and they refuse to work with me again. I very rarely give a one star review. If I could give a zero star here I would. Do not say you will reach out if you have no plans to reach out.

Great company to work with, Brian (sales guy) was very easy to work with figuring out what we needed and made sure we stayed within our budget. Install crew was awesome as well, very clean and professional. Got 4 windows installed in a day..

We wanted a brand new front door and we did out due diligence and received 3 quotes from local suppliers. Two of them came back with absurdly high quotes, over $24,000.00 for one common size front door. I read some reviews about Window World of Denver and decided to give them a shot, Mike H. came to discuss our project and we knew right away this company was different. Mike was super patient and professional, he explained exactly what made their doors special, without bashing the competition, like the other 2 companies did. He provided us a very competitive quote that we thought was very fair and reasonable. The door was installed 4-5 weeks later and let me tell you, it’s beautiful and super high quality, from the door to the hardware! The installer was also beyond friendly and professional. We love our new amazing door, and if we ever need another door or window, we know who to contact. Give these guys a shot if you’re looking for doors or windows, you won’t be disappointed! M.T.

I’m not even sure where to start. We’ve had problems from the beginning. Poor installation and quality of windows poor. ( we pick middle level) Installation was supposed to be 3 days took 7. They must use contract workers and not stand behind the skill level. Had to come back out a few times and left damage to our house and windows defected. First rain storm windows leaked water. I would not recommend. Our sales person Mike went on and on that you have one point of contact from start to finish. Bunch on nonsense. Bad service low quality product.
