Hired him to fix water leak on my window, but he broke the window pane and left saying that he would fix it after ordering the parts. Last 3 months, I have been calling him, all he says still waiting for parts (3 months past). I was getting more water thru the crack he made and lost insulation in my house. Finally, I hired Lowes and ended up paying $711 out of my pocket to fix the window he broke.

Ryan did an amazing job and was extremely quick on his response to my call. I had literally been trying to fix my garage door for 5 days and it took Ryan about 20 min from unloading the van to completion of the job! I will GLADLY recommend R&R to ANYONE! Thank you Ryan
