It was a pleasure to work with the Oros team for new windows and doors we had installed in Apr of 2024. I was really pleased with the install & workmanship from this family owned business. Mario and his team were nothing but courteous and professional during the entire installation process. Definitely one of the most positive contractor experiences I’ve had start to finish. I’ll be sure to reach out again to Oros for my future projects!

I had a wonderful experience thanks to Junior at Oros Home Enhancements. Our sliding patio door was stuck open, and it was cold out! We had taped up plastic and locked it with a bike lock. I called nine places in the hopes that someone would be able to come and look at it soon. Junior, (from Oros Home Enhancements) called me back promptly. And he came over quickly. The problem was somewhat unusual, but he figured it out fairly quickly while he explained what he was doing. I also had other questions about some other things that needed fixing on our new-to-us home and he had incredible experience and knowledge about so many things about houses! I will be engaging his company to work on several other things at our house. I feel so lucky to have discovered them. They are professional, qualified, and experienced. I highly recommend them.

If I could give more stars I would! From start to finish these were real professionals. They installed an egress window – in a snow storm! Down to earth explanations, quick service, beautiful finish inside and out, protected our floors and cleaned up after. Positive, professional and personable installation crew. There is no way I could be happier.

If you need new windows, this is the place to go!! Their workmanship was outstanding, the installers were friendly & went out of their way to assist with questions or issues we may have had. And the cleanup-no worker of any kind as done the great job they did!! And by the way, the windows are awesome😀!! …

Great workmanship, products used and friendly and caring crew. Final result is functional and attractive. Installed an egress window in a basement bedroom. Run by a local family who cares about what they do. And at the end of the day it was as if they were never here, except for the shiny new well and plexiglass cover. The window is solid and double safety glass. Opened like a door for egress, tilts in for vent and locks like a vault. Money well spent for piece of mind.

I am completely amazed with the service and craftsmanship of my egress window. Cutting through about 15in of foundation in my 1910’s home was not easy but Mario and his crew did it. They left the inside room and outside spotless.

I have known Junior and Mario for around 12 years through installing windows and doors. Very professional and thorough in everything they do. They are true craftsmen in their field. They have worked on our projects and our clients are thrilled with the finished product. Did I mention that I don’t have to ask them to cleanup after themselves? I have referred them out with confidence to other people who are wanting door & window replacements as well as new siding.

I was pleased by the attention to detail by Oros in getting replacement windows and doors manufactured and installed in our historic museum building. Good job also as to sticking to timing and budget. Easy to work with!
