Extremely professional. Ryan in sales went over ALL options available, from pulling permits, going over in great detail as to what will happen and FANTASTIC follow-through. The materials are of the highest quality with many options from which to choose. Wonderful sales staff as well as all the technician (Larry VanderSchaaf) that come out for final accurate measurements (prior to manufacturing the doors) and explaining any questions completely and accurately. Can’t wait for my new doors to arrive!

This will be our second project with Renewal by Andersen of Los Angeles. Cost of my current project is quite high, but worth every nickel. Andrew Granitz came by and did the first measurements and explained about the windows we were purchasing and Thomas Parrish came back and finalized and confirmed the measurements. Both were very knowledgeble and informed us on the materials and procedure’s to complete the job. I even received our permit today. Renewal by Andersen is really on top of the game. Looking forward to installing our new windows in three to six weeks.

I have now had one day to reflect on the outstanding installation service provided by Edgar G, Ivan M, Steve, Peter and Nelson. To each individual when I asked a question the process and desired goal was explained to me with insight on the Anderson design and materials comprising the superior product that they took pride in sharing with the customer. The exceptional quality of the Anderson product was, in my case, enhanced by the professionalism of the installers.
