We had a piece of glass in our entryway window broken and got a very reasonable quote from Tony for the repair job. Overall the experience of getting a quote, having the broken window templated and installed was easy and very professional. We will definitely work with this team again for future window needs.

Complete waste of time. Sent 32 emails back and forth. Extremely painful to work with, didnt clearly answer simple questions like “What is the process here?” or “What do I need to do next? Do I pay you first or do you do the inspection first?”

Shyster alert! This guy strung us along on email for 3 full weeks before he could make an inspection visit. When we called the final time, he was somewhat confused on the phone but amenable: he came to meet me that very evening. After saying that the window would be easy to fix, he refused to fix it because he wanted me to admit that I had received a contract from him that I had never received. Then he drove off after physically shoving me, leaving me there with a broken window over some technicality when all I had asked was, “Can you tell me what needs to be done?” He is older and seemed fuzzy: I suspect the onset of Alzheimer’s or something. He probably was just confused but my window is still broken.
