Note: I haven’t signed on with Newman, but I just wanted to praise the customer service that went into getting me an appointment and a quote. It was kind of then to take the time to give me a reminder the day before my scheduled appointment. On top of that, when Daniel arrived the next day, he went above and beyond to accommodate me in taking measurements for our windows. For some background, I had been sick since the day before, so I missed the reminder call from Newman (my apologies). I woke up to a friendly text and call from Daniel. When I explained I wasn’t feeling well, he offered to still stopped by and take measurements of the windows from the *outside* of our first-floor condo unit. Of course I was more than happy to take his offer. I got the extra rest I needed that morning and a quote for brand new windows all on the same day.

My experience with Newman could not have home better. Daniel explained the process and walked us through how it would go and everything actually went flawlessly and the highlight is that I was dealing with an awful painting contractor that day as well and had no time to be available for the installers but they were so quick and efficient and finished so fast no mess no dust and I asked where do I touch up the interior or exterior paint and they said no place and I saw it was perfect like magic which was a pleasant surprise so I recommend 1000 percent and it went down just as Daniel said it would thanks!

My wife and I had Newman Windows install new Milgard windows in our home. We had Milgard windows in a previous home and we knew of the lifetime warranty. We were extremely pleased by their professional manner and the 2-day turnaround from start to finish. Thanks to Michael for keeping us informed and for double checking all measurements. Also thanks to the installers Nickoli and Andrew for making sure everything fit perfectly. We highly recommend Newman Windows for your window replacement.

The windows look SO much better than the old aluminum sliders. They totally changed the look of my house, from inside and out, in less than a day and with minimal (basically no) mess! The best part of the experience was the customer service…fast, friendly, professional. Darren is the best rep and the installers are always top notch. I can’t recommend Newman Windows enough.

The company called me twice to say what time they would be at my house to install my windows. They were very prompt and professional. My windows look fabulous. I will be calling for more windows in the near future. What a great company to work with.
