I needed window repair. Joseph came and did the estimate, he was honest about the issue. Carlos was very professional and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job fixing the window. He went above and beyond, even clean the window and adjust the shaking glass. My window looks new and works perfectly. I am very happy about the results. Price was very reasonable. Customer service was exceptional. I highly recommend them. Thank you Carlos, Joseph and Grace!!

I had just moved into my apartment and the sliding door wasn’t sliding or locking properly. My manager arranged for Fred’s to come out and fix it. Javier was the tech that arrived. The sliding door was not cooperating but Javier would not back down. He got the job done and did it with a smile. Thank you Javier and Fred’s.

They took my money for the service call. I called every other day as we were in need of a shower door replacement…. 3 weeks after the first service call and several phone calls that we never responded to I finally get this ridiculously priced bid. The labor alone was over a thousand dollars for an estimated 4 hours. I still have no shower door… I will never call them for anything ever….

Called on Nov 28th to see about a shower door getting repaired. They asked me to send photos via email which I did the same day. I called to confirm and they told me they would have “their shower door guy” call me back on Thursday December 1st when he comes in. I did not receive a follow up call, so on December 6th I called again, they said they would look to see if they got my email and would call me back. I followed up again, just now, December 7th, and they said they cant find my email and if I could send it again. I told them, “You know what, this just seems way to complicated for you. Thank so much.”. It would be really nice to get a return phone call instead of having to constantly follow up myself. We are a General Contractor and will reach out to other sources for the work.
