Wes Isaac Construction 4 years agoMy grandma has been living in your apartments for 22 years and not once has there been an update. Wear and tear happens and the fact you let your residents live in deteriorating buildings is criminal. Just because you own almost a monopoly on the apartments in town and can get away with letting elderly and lower income sit in outdated, worn out buildings is peak greed. The only update was a change in carpet 15 years ago when there was a leak. If you value your residents or have any decency please spend money investing in the buildings of your residents.
