Our experience with the entire process (10 windows) was completely positive. Beginning with Winnie in the showroom, Luigi, our salesman, Robert the tech expert, who measured and was on site with his expertise and training during installation, Melissa the point person and scheduler and finally, Carlos Hill and crew – top notch work, clean, helpful and completely painless. Pella is not the least expensive option but the product, service and end result are a bargain. We are elderly seniors and intend on replacing more windows (in a 30 window home) in the future. We will be back to Pella.

Walked in off the street at 9am on a gray Saturday and Winnie was the ray of light that made this Pella experience worth reviewing. I came armed with an architect’s 20 plus pages of notes and she patiently and graciously walked me through with both a depth of knowledge and an ease of exchange that never made me feel stupid or like her patience was waning even though we both knew it was not my “last question”. She is a testimony to the brand and this location. Thank you Winnie!

Purchased Pella windows for my home and could not be happier. I shopped around and decided to select Pella. Best decision I’ve ever made. The windows look great and the installation team was amazing. Professional, polite and you could see they take such pride in their work. As a matter of fact, they completed the installation ahead of schedule. They did an excellent job of cleanup, left the property as they found it, very clean. If you need windows, go with Pella, you’ll be happy you did .
