Ron, Mike, and the whole crew are an absolute pleasure to work with. I asked them to come out and take a look at a leak in my patio door that I had from a prior installation. I had tried to get the original installers and another group of contractors to fix the issue for me previously, but every time the job was done incorrectly so the issue persisted. From the get go, Mike and Ron were very clear on what had been done incorrectly with the previous work and helped me understand what to expect. They also pointed out plenty of other things that were done by the previous contractors that stood out to them as wrong, and helped me understand what the risks were. Communication was clear and expectations were set going into the project. My project took a week for 9 windows and a patio door reinstallation. Throughout the work Ron, Adam, and Eduardo were excellent with their on the spot problem solving, constant communication about what needed to be addressed, and their attention to detail. They included me in the process where they needed me, and I was able to work together with them as a team to address my questions and concerns. I’m truly impressed with the level of workmanship that they displayed. Ultimately, working with R&M is a question of what your personal values are. House repairs and upgrades are expensive and stressful, and finding someone you can trust only compounds the pressure to get it done right. If you are financially strapped and just want a fix it job done for what your perceived understanding of the job is, I would recommend you move on, hire the lowest bidder that doesn’t seem too shady to you, and hope that you don’t get screwed in the next rainstorm. If you value a job done right with the appropriate attention to detail, an open communication channel, and not having to revisit this problem in a few years or less – I suggest you pay attention to what R&M are offering. I know for a fact that I will be looking for these guys again to do any future work that I need, so long as they are still in business by the time I need them. I cannot express enough how pleased we are with the service and products provided by Rich and Mike at R&M Quality Windows and Doors. We recently renovated our home and decided to replace all our windows with Milgard windows and add a stunning 12′ bifold door by Basikwall to our new great room. From the initial consultation to the final installation, Rich and Mike were professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to our needs. They guided us through the selection process, helping us choose the perfect windows and door for our home. The Basikwall bifold door has truly transformed our space, bringing in natural light and creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living areas. In addition to the windows and bifold door, we also needed a fire-rated door leading into the garage. Rich and Mike not only provided us with top-quality products but also offered us the best prices we could find. Rich even fabricated the grids for the picture windows above the bifold doors. He went above and beyond just to please us. Overall, we are thrilled with the outcome of our project, and we owe a huge thanks to Rich and Mike for their outstanding service and expertise. We had to replace our windows that were around 40 years old, and we got recommended R&M by a friend, and needless to say, it was the best choice we could’ve chosen, the crew was so professional, their work and quality was top notch, had a great attitude, worked extremely fast, and cleaned up EVERYTHING afterwards, there was no dust or anything left! Would totally recommend if anyone needs their windows or doors replaced!

Mike and team are still the best ! We did the remaining windows and they go all out to keep the customer happy. Everything is cleaned up spotless after the job is done and all installation details are discussed transparently. If you have to trust a business; I would recommend R&M for your needs.

I just had all of my windows replaced by this company and I cannot complain! They were on time, easy to work with, answered my many questions with ease (and there were ALOT of questions, the pricing was right on point with the other quotes I received & most of all they were very clean when doing the install! They rolled out tarps to protect my interior floors (as well as my front lawn) removed & reinstalled all of my window treatments……and handled my puppies with ease 🙂 I DEFINETELY recommend this company to all! Great job R&M Windows and crew!
