Wade Co General Contracting 4 years agoWade Company did a 300 sqft. room addition/kitchen remodel and front porch addition. A 4 to 5 month project was aborted after 7 1/2 months, when full payment was not rendered upon request, even though there was still over 12 thousand dollars worth of work still remaining unfinished. Relinquishing Wade Company from completing the remainder of the work was the best decision for us. The quality of work was poor, from the subs he contracted with, the plumbing (former pipe taped off, not capped off, led to flooding the foundation), to cracked and peeling cabinets that stick upon opening (told “unfixable” and when called the sub regarding the peeling and cracking, they were unresponsive), lights in kitchen periodically flicker, the framing of the walls, doors and windows not being properly plumbed leading to doors not closing properly,(had to hire new contractor to correct) and window shutters not latching completely due to uneven walls. Six out of eight windows were damaged upon installation, (good thing for window company warranty). If you are looking for attention to detail, quality work, and respect of person and property, then Wade Company is not the company I would recommend for you.

Mr. Lyttle’s staff was pleasant and professional. And I am definitely calling him for our upcoming builds. W!e need a 1200 as well a junior . Plus possibly more!

KR Wolfe Inc 10 months agoWorker beware! Work here 7 months and got fired for insubordination, I own that! These people refused to pay me my accumulated paid time off. It was only 36 hours but to somebody who just lost their job that is everything! This place tries to put emphasis on everybody doing the right thing all the time even when nobody is looking, Maybe out in California that is doing the right thing but here in oklahoma we call it let’s just say not forthright. Keeping something from somebody that worked for it is not team spirit material. I would not reccomend this business for anything under the integrity or honesty part of it. Don’t let them steal your money too. Nowhere in America is it ok to say that our business standard varies from state to state! I would be ashamed of myself for preaching one principal and practicing another don’t you guys know how to make Stryker medical shine that will my next stop on spreading the truth about Krwolfe campaign
