Welp I got ripped off. Bought windows in 2022. Had them come out several times due to them leaking water really bad. And come to find out the website is gone there numbers don’t work. If you bought from them your warranty is gone. Never buy windows from a small company.

“Beware of Advanced Replacement Windows! I hired them to replace a sliding door and three windows, and it was the worst decision ever. Not only did the sliding door start leaking whenever it rained, but the screen door didn’t even have latches to lock it properly. When I reached out to them three months later for repairs, they outright refused to address the issue and ignored my complaints. Now, I’m left with no choice but to take legal action against them. Even their insurance bond company is a disaster, with numerous lawsuits against them. They said they may not have enough money to cover all claims. It’s clear they have a pattern of negligence and disregard for their customers. Stay far away from this company unless you want to end up in a legal battle.”

WARNING: U.S. DISABLED VETERAN SCAMMED – AVOID AT ALL COSTS! NO COMMUNICATION, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, UTTER LACK OF BUSINESS ETHICS! AND FAKE WEBSITE ADVERTISEMENT AND BUSINESS ADDRESS! If I could, I would give ZERO stars, In August 2023, I made the regrettable decision to hire this company to replace the windows and sliding doors in my home. Initially, Crystie and Sam seemed friendly and responsive, insisting on a 50% upfront payment to order the windows and doors. Naively, I trusted them because of their connection to my son’s school, so I paid up. They assured me the windows would arrive in 5-6 weeks, and I was fine with that. But as the weeks passed, my inquiries about the delivery went unanswered for weeks and even months. Finally, after four months, they mentioned replacing my doors (a sliding and a French door), asking for another payment. Reluctantly, I agreed, since I was promised window installation on January 5th and 6th. The door installation was a NIGHTMARE, leaving my home in a mess, with poorly done caulking and huge gaps in the French door. Promised window installation dates came and went but I did not get any windows installer or a cancellation call/message/e-mail. Despite my repeated attempts to reach them, communication was virtually non-existent. I decided to go to their place of business, imagine my shock when I discovered they had been EVICTED! from their business premises! After many fruitless attempts, Crystie finally contacted me, promising a refund discussion on March 8th, which never happened. Here we are, April 16, 2024, and I’m still waiting for any callback or refund. As someone who believes in understanding, I know life happens, but this level of disregard is unfathomable. Advance Windows, all I ask is for my money back so I can seek the services of a competent company.
