Window Crafters was recommended to us by Sierra Pacific who originally installed our windows. The owner Ray and Chris set an appointment to access our windows. We had a couple of windows with broken hardware, and they recommended that we service all the doors and windows. Charged us $2,200.00 to go through all the windows and doors and service them and were supposed to get back to us and make the repairs on the needed windows. I have called them on 3 occasions now and they have not returned my call. The windows with the bad hardware that started this call are still broken and we paid $2,200.00 for service that we probably didn’t need. I would not use this company, nor would I recommend them.

Nathan is an 11/10. We contacted La Cantina for recommendations for who to use to look at our la cantina doors that weren’t retracting the whole way and we were given three names. I called Nathan and got back to me first – quickly replying and saying that he was going to be in the area at the end of the week. He was great at communicating via text, showed up and fixed our issue within an hour. He was extremely professional and affordable. I would highly recommend using him to help you with all your La Cantina needs!

Chris Day (service manager) has been to my home several times and he has always shown up promptly and always is very pleasant and actually has a smile on his face. He is the consummate professional and very knowledgable about the products your company services. He has gone the extra mile for me on more than one occasion and has even taught me how best to maintain my windows and doors. He is quick and efficient and I always feel confident that he is giving any job his best effort. He has a positive disposition and a “can do” attitude, even if the job is a challenge for him. He doesn’t waste his time, gets right to work and checks in with me as he progresses through the tasks to be sure that I understand why the job necessitates more time and or what obstacles he has found and usually solves right on the spot or let’s me know that we need a part to be ordered, etc. I am fully confident in his abilities and know that one way or the other, the job will be done to my 100% satisfaction. I will always request him as I know he is not only qualified ,but enjoys what he does and I know the job will get done correctly.

Windowcrafters installed all of my new thermal aluminum windows and doors as well as my wood front entry double doors. Being in the window and door manufacturing business, they were highly recommended to me. They truly delivered with top quality installation (my GC was very impressed) by professional and friendly crews. I highly recommend Windowcrafters.

I highly recommend Window Crafters! They sure are easy to work with and definitely get the job done on time and as promised. Brian went through all the options and ended up saving us some money. Quick and professional installers. Would use again.
