I highly recommend Energy Core. The three step process (sales-ordering-installation) are typically disconnected, not in this case. Foad(sales), Brit(PM), and Shawn(installation Forman) were all fantastic. They also all lived up to the sales pitch. Foad promised some high standards and energy core delivered. They re-replaced two faulty products after they came in. My calls were always answered and my complaints were addressed in the highest manner of customer service. High quality windows and sturdy build.

From sale to final completion walk through, the entire process was smooth and easy. Zach and Alan started the process with demonstrating all the benefits of upgrading to the Del Mar Luxury vinyl windows. They are energy efficient, provide sound suppression, easy to clean, and offer a double lifetime warranty. I was sold. Eron Macias, Project Manager worked around my schedule to come out and get all the measurements for the 11 windows and one 96×96 sliding glassdoor. I noticed one of the outside ornamental windows wasn’t included and he measured and got that one added. Everything was ready to install in about 2 months. Shawn and his team arrived on time, were friendly and professional. They explained the process of removing the old windows and installing the new ones. They did this over 2 days, cleaning up as they went along and removing all the debris. They demonstrated the additional safety features,especially the large deadbolt for the slider. The energy efficiency is evident from day 1 and all the windows and slider look amazing. Eron then came back out and did a final walk through. I had one window in my master bath that I decided to have the windowsill raised. The wall was built up but not finished with sheetrock and texture as i had thought it would be. Eron made a quick call and someone will be out to complete that. I appreciate that customer service greatly. I know I made the right choice to upgrade with Anlin windows and doors and highly recommend Energycore Construction.

Energy core did a fantastic job and Eron Macias the project manager was very helpful on everything! Do I recommend Energy core? Yes!! Absolutely!
