Worst company ever as noted by other reviews. Been waiting for a window replacement for over 1.5 years and still don’t have it installed. Have set 5 separate appointments to get it installed and twice they said the window was broken and had to reorder, once they said the technician called out sick and twice they have come and said they don’t have enough team members to do the install. (They need multiple people since on the 2nd story). No one answers when I call the number. This company is used as part of our new home build by Taylor Morrison.

Glass pros has been the most horrific experience so far. They were the preferred glass people with our new home build and caused our closing to be pushed back twice. They have not showed up when they say they would on multiple occasions. The one time they did show up the guys dropped the window off the second story of my house and it slid down my concrete roof tiles and onto the ground where my children or pets could have easily been playing. It has been 4 months and my window has still not been replaced. Currently waiting at home to see if they show up for the appointment today. I would never willingly use this company again.

It takes a lot of purposeful incompetence to generate a negative review from me. We all make mistakes in life and for those I grace. Glass Pros did a new window package and 3 French Door(s) installation for a new construction custom high value home in Winchester. Not one of the French Doors work properly and we even have light that shines thru/air leak/water leak as well as destroyed weatherstripping under the doors. It’s one thing the doors were poorly installed BUT after multiple calls they have the audacity to claim they didn’t install our French doors and therefore won’t resolve the issue. They won’t even return calls. In short, beware of the terrible follow up after the check has cashed. Vince Hoffart

Joe and Tony did grate job’s very nice people. They have a office staff, so you can reach the office by phone and email. Emails are replied fast. Most of the time, phone can be answered.excellent service. They are very professional.

excellent service. very professional. I replaced 3 pieces of glass on 3 windows and the rollers for my patio door. The new glass is so clean that you can not tell there is glass. One window is on second floor. Since they need remove the openable side in order to replace the fixed side glass, they cleaned not only the new glass, but also the old glass on openable side. That is very considerate, because that window is hard to reach for me. One window lock could not latch, Tony adjusted it for free. My patio door was hard to move, after they changed 2 rollers and lubricated the track, you can move it with one finger. I love my door now. This project is definitely not a DIY. The old door rollers could not retract, so the heavy door was very hard to remove, after new rollers were put on, adjusting them cost some time and need experience. This job cost them 1 hour.
