Our replacement window project began almost a year ago. From companies that ghosted us to representitves that showed up smelling of the beer they had for breakfast this project seemed impossible to get off the ground. Everyone we spoke with had their own opinion on what we needed, from all new construction to all replacement to a combo of both. At about the time I was going to move on from this project I got a referral to Trident windows and doors. Troy and Peter came out together to assess our needs. The difference between them and everyone of the 10 other window companies that had out was noticeable immediately. We accepted their bid (6 windows, 3 doors) and waited for the windows to come in and installation to begin. The day they began started with the entire crew showing up on time and ready to go. They were polite and courteous and took care working around my house. This was a two day project, and after day one the job site was cleaner than it was when they arrived. When they say they clean the job site, they mean it! Day 2 went the same as day 1, with the job being completed exactly as described. We couldn’t be happier with our new windows and doors, and the job done by Troy and his crew at Trident. The only problem is the new doors look so good we ended up ordering another one that we hadn’t planned on replacing.

Trident installed new windows at my home in Newport Beach. It was a big job, every window was replaced and 4 sliding doors. The work was excellent and Peter and Troy were easy to work with. 10/10 would recommend.

Highly recommend Trident without reservation. From start to finish, my experience was top-notch. Excellent customer service and professionalism. I had two sliding glass doors replaced 12/2023. They held to the proposed timeline and installation was quick, clean, and meticulous. Pricing was also very competitive given other estimates I received.

We had all of the windows in our house replaced, as well as our front double doors, back patio door, and garage side door. Troy and Peter answered all of our questions, provided detailed information about what to expect, and were very responsive throughout the process, and Elijah was especially helpful on the job site each day. We are very happy with our new windows and doors!

From beginning till the end Peter and Troy were exceptional! They made the replacement very easy. Our house is part of an association and there are approvals to get but their quick knowledgeable responses went seamlessly! They took care of everything I needed You will be very satisfied and happy with this company!! The installation was done in one day with great cleanup and prompt haul away of old windows. They even took care of an applying and approval of the city permit for us! I can’t say enough about how awesome they are.

I had an exceptional experience with Trident Windows. Peter and Troy, the company owners, treated me like family when they replaced 11 of my windows and installed 2 sliding glass doors. I am eagerly anticipating the chance to bring them back to finish the rest of my house. Although they submitted the lowest bid out of four total bids, I would have still chosen them even if they were the most expensive. Right from the beginning, my experience was positive. After I submitted an online inquiry, Peter contacted me by phone. Initially, I almost declined their offer for a free estimate since I already had three other bids, but I am extremely grateful that I didn’t. Some of my original windows were leaking, and all of the other bidders I spoke with refused to sign a contract or made me sign a waiver until the leaks were repaired. However, I had difficulty locating general contractors or roofers during the rain storms we were experiencing. Troy and Peter were the only ones who were willing to take the time out of their schedule to assist me in locating the leaks, and they didn’t charge me a dime for their help. Seeing the care and attention they provided me at the outset, I knew I was in good hands, so I decided to go with them. Two weeks before the scheduled installation, I experienced another roof leak that soaked two windows, and Peter and Troy were extremely accommodating in postponing the installation until I felt comfortable enough for them to come out. Furthermore, they didn’t charge me anything to hold onto the windows in their warehouse. The installation went off without a hitch, and they don’t subcontract any of their installers. Troy (co-owner), Elijah, and Chad were the three installers. You could tell that they had worked together for a long time and were committed to delivering quality work. Thank you for such a pleasant and professional experience, and I look forward to doing business with you in the future!

After interviewing with a number of window replacement companies, we decided on Trident Windows based upon the quality of the windows presented and the attention to detail demonstrated by both Troy and Peter. As with any type of home improvement, a lot a questions arise before, during and after the installation process. We were very pleased with the response time to inquiries during the entire process, especially during post installation. After having all of our windows replaced, we were especially concerned and naturally observant during the rain storms of 2023. We did not experience any leaks nor experience mechanical difficulties with our windows. Likewise, in the summer of 2022 the new windows significantly helped in keeping the indoor temperature down. Overall, we are very pleased with our decision to replace our old windows and would not hesitate to recommend Trident Windows to any of our family or friends.

Trident replaced all the windows and a sliding glass doors on the downstairs unit of my duplex. I contacted them for a quote, after watching them replace my next door neighbor’s windows. Having replaced the upper unit’s windows with the same exact brand/style (Milgard), the year before, using my general contractor, for the installation, I new Trident’s quote was fair. For the lower unit, I wanted a contractor that just specialized in windows, because I could not afford to disturb my tenants in a protracted experience like I had with my general contractor in the upper unit. Even though the windows were the retrofit style, there is still quite a bit of detail work to set them in carefully and correctly and then caulk everything. I was impressed they were able to complete the entire job in a single day. Even when the sliding door was too big to fit through the front door, they didn’t miss a beat, lowering it down from the deck of the upper unit. They also cut and fit custom wood casings for them, as I did not want to use the vinyl strips that come with the windows. I didn’t have anything else to do, so I watched them work carefully, competently and efficiently, all day and “helped” (got in their way).

I’ve known Peter and Troy from Trident Windows and Doors for a a long time. You will never meet a more honest company in the construction industry. They have installed Windows and Doors in 2 of my previous homes in East Side Costa Mesa. They are the company I trust most to install windows.
