We had 18 windows installed on 6/14/24. This contractor was an authorized company for Milgard Windows. We had our quote and then a few weeks later we had the windows installed. Cade Clark was the lead installer. He and his crew did an awesome job, Very knowledgable, polite, professional and hard working. We are very happy with the windows and the instsallation. Wish we had done this sooner.

Unfortunately had a very bad experience. The gentleman, who claims to be the son of the father who owns the business , set the expectation between $2000 to $3,000 and then the quote came at $4100. When I called to adjust the price, he was very volatile and defensive…he was not willing to take responsibility, even though he recognized that he did say that amount. Backtracking is bad for business and shows zero integrity. Ultimately, he ended up hanging up because he couldn’t live up to the hype he built for himself. I left a few choice words for him in text messages. Complete douchebag.

I had all of my windows & slider done by The Window Guys during covid. It took some time getting it done but the results were well worth the wait. Excellent all around. I highly recommend them!

My family and I phoned The Window Guys September 24th, 2022 for a warranty repair. To date, it is not repaired!! But, when you make a purchase, they ask for $$$ right away! Will think twice b4 referring them to any 1 I know! Disappointed with the lack of Customer Service from The Window Guys!

Just had new windows installed from The Windows Guys out of Corona and very impressed!!! I called and called around submitted several leads for window contractors around the valley and never received a call back or they’d come out and I’d never get a bid back. Finally. I found The Windows Guys! Super impressed with them from bidding to installation! And not to mention the price, I feel was beyond reasonable!

I was very pleased with this company. They came all the way out to Canyon Lake and were on time. The crew was very professional when taking the measurements and installing the new windows. The whole process was seamless. I love my new windows! I would highly recommend The Window Guys for your next window installation.

I had a little problem with one of my window called The window company the next day they where here fixed it in no time very very nice gentleman. I love my windows and highly recommended
