Don’t not buy or have anything installed from this company. These people are scamming people into installing windows. They actually don’t offer any warranty or cover anything once they take your money. These reviews are completely right. Just got off the phone with the owner and was told he did not want to honor anything on the home. The reviews from early could of not said it any better. I saved the hassle and hung up and called a different company in the area. They actually came out to my house and did the install job for free since they felt bad that New Appearance Windows turned me down during my warranty period!!! The windows were also installed wrong!!! They didn’t even seal the window the right way and water got into my home and spilled everywhere when it rained. Will post pictures soon.

I contracted with them in 2021 for Bi-fold doors and a screen for the opening, everything went smoothly. in Jan 2023 I needed to have the screen replaced because of the dogs, after countless emails, phone calls, delays, they were just non-responsive and I wasted 9 months fooling around with them before I decided to give up and contact another manufacturer, seems like they are on the ball to get the initial sale, but god help you if you need support after the fact, so frustrating.

They missed the first appointment then Audrey claimed that I sent email saying I was on travel which never happened, what a joke. Then when Jeff finally showed up, they never sent a quote back, even tho I sent an email to follow up. No response, nothing… Ridiculous people to say the least.

I employed New Appearance Window in March 2021 to install windows through out my home as well as two sliding glass doors. The cost of the job is 11,412.00 Total of 18 windows/ doors. I initially paid 4000.00 down payment for service although this company only required a 1500.00 deposit. I wanted to establish a professional relationship with the company from the start. The remaining balance of was due upon completion of the job. The installers arrived at the scheduled appointment. Upon inspection of the windows, I noticed the installers were installing a window that is shattered. I question why are you installing a broken window in my living room? The installers stated that the owner of New Appearance Window told them to do so. Without consulting the homeowners. The installers had already Removed my existing windows through out the house. Therefore every window in my home is removed. There is no window in any of the rooms in my home. As I continue to inquire, I called the owner, I believe his name is Jeff. Upon speaking with Jeff, I asked Jeff why would he instruct the installers to install broken windows. Keep in mind the installers did not consult me regarding the broken windows, which were broken upon arrival. The replacement window was not damaged at my home, again the window arrived broken. Jeff became enraged and told me that he would pull the installers and I could just do the windows myself. The installers literally stopped working as Jeff instructed them to quit. Of course I’m completely shocked that Jeff has become completely disrespectful and has made a threat to leave my home completely Open With No Windows in place because I question why he has instructed the installers to deceive the customer, and install broken windows without my knowledge or consent. I believe Jeff didn’t expect that I would have my husband stay home from work so we could both monitor our home as well as the installation of windows/ doors. I ultimately had to allow this company to install the broken windows because Jeff stated that I don’t have a choice. Once the window installation was completed, I spoke to Jeff, the owner of New Appearance Window, I told him I shouldn’t pay the remaining balance because of the damages as well as Jeff’s threat to leave my home without Any windows installed. Jeff is now more respectful and he is more accommodating , Jeff now realizing that I have 7412.00 in cash to pay for service that his company has not provided in a professional manner. Jeff seems surprised that I am paying in cash. Jeff is now sorry for the inconvenience and wanted to smooth things over. There’s no way to fix what this business owner did or the way Jeff spoke to me on that day. Ultimately I paid for the service although I waited for two months before the replacement window arrived. We also miss another day of work due to the negligence of this company. I paid the company because it is the right thing to do, because the installers were following the orders of Jeff, the business owner. I can’t in good faith recommend this company to anyone. My neighbors asked me about the windows, I have told the neighbors and anyone who’s asked me, the truth about my experience with New Appearance Window and the owner.

Please be very careful in dealing with this company. I was a sales rep for them and quit after 4 months.

Buyers beware!!! Customer service is only good until they take your money, after that expect a nightmare. I only received empty promises, extended delays, no call back, and finger pointing “its the manufacturer issue.” How is this the customer issue? I did business with your company. I paid thousands of dollars 6 months later NO resolution, my issues with the custom windows remain. The lifetime warranty is a sales gimmick. I do not recommend this business.

Just after a week , the sliding glass door for no reason went out of alignment – they came right away to fix it .

Had a few set backs will definitely recommend them to anyone seeking windows. Customer service skills were phenomenal
