Prices are too high for how difficult it was to reach a person here, I am shocked. I did not share my business here but someone did call me once I left a few messages and tried calling multiple times. Just not a place I want to spend my money sorry.

We had a new front door installed, plus new security doors on both the front and the back of the house. Our installer, John, did excellent work and was helpful and courteous–good at explaining what he would be doing, and left the worksite clean and in good shape. He had to build out the front door frame a bit for the security door to fit properly, and it looks great. The only thing we’d suggest to the company is that they consider having the phone answered during business hours. Calls always went to voice mail and they weren’t as responsive as we’d have liked when we were initially setting up the appointment to have measurements done for the job. Once we were ready for the install, though, our call was returned promptly and we didn’t have to wait long for the appointment. After the initial visit, we had to arrange for a bit of extra work through Lowes, and there, too, they really went the extra mile to get to the final bit of work on an accelerated time frame. Much appreciated! We would have no hesitation about using Bella again.

Broken glass on the front part of our store. We called Bella Window and Door to get it replaced. They came right away, measured it and got it replaced! Great service and professionalism! Will definitely use their services again!

Let me say first that I give a lot of four and five star reviews, as I’m probably overly optimistic. We bought a security screen door at a big box stores starting with the letter L several months ago, and ask them to use their installer. They insisted on full payment upfront which was around $700. Many weeks went by, and multiple phone calls to Bella Windows went on answered. Finally after leaving messages about contacting the Better Business Bureau, a lady named Amy called. She apologized saying that she had a lot of phone trouble, and had to access her calls through email which didn’t make a lot of sense to me. They did finally come and I gave John the seal kit which seals the bottom of the screen door. He put up some framing and installed the door flat on the ground so there was no room to put the bottom seal kit on. Also, the handle inside is so close to the framing that you really can’t get your fingers around it. There was also a hole in the bottom of the screen part that I did not see at the time of installation, and to the big box store to their credit they did send out another screen door which they reinstalled thee same way. We are actually getting another installation company to try to correct everything. The big box store said that they had a number of other customers with complaints about this company, but that they were the only installation company that they were using! I guess the main lesson is to buy the door and then install it yourself or contact your own installation company. I also don’t like paying the entire price upfront, it is bad business.

I called Bella to replace one of my windows and I have not gotten a response I’m very disappointed
