Let me start by saying that we love our windows! We purchased them in 2015. Later, we purchased a door. This is where our disappointment begins. The locking mechanism is not working properly. My husband has called Sunscape numerous times and has left messages. NO ONE HAS EVER REPLIED TO HIS MESSAGES. Additionally, my husband has left numerous messages with Robert the tech. Again, no response!

Hello. We have reached out more than 20 times by phone to Sunscape to have one window repaired that was damaged when installed in 2020. Window Mart has indicated that the problem with the window is how the window was strapped down in the Sunscape truck. We patiently waited while Sunscape told us there were issues with providing replacement windows due to covid. At this point we only are able to deal with their phone answerer. I would not recommend this company. Followup 08/04/22 We called Windowmart today and they have had the replacement window ready to ship to Sunscape since Sept 2021. We are paying to have this window shipped to us and then we will ask Sunscape to install it and refund our shipping fee as we have a lifetime warranty. I will followup what happens on this review with what actually happens. Followup 09/20/22 Our replacement window was delivered but the latches were in an incorrect spot so now we are waiting for a new window to be shipped. We are out about $400 to ship the window that was under a lifetime warranty. We sent a copy of the shipping invoice to Sunscape and have not heard a peep. Still no window and an extra $400 out of pocket. This story can not get any better. More updates to folO 1.17.23 We have received our new window after the last one we received arrived broken. We called, left messages and emailed Sunscape to schedule someone to come out and install our window. Can someone please call us to schedule this install? Thank you. . Liane

I have lifetime replacement for my windows. I called to see if I could get help with the sunscreens, since now everything is 10yo. Left vm, about a week ago now and still no one called or left vm. All I need is to replace screen material. Windows are still great

Our house was constructed in 2005. Out here in the desert our windows seemed to let the dust come in. Dusting was a continuous job. Our Neighbor across the road from us had these windows installed. Their dust problem seemed to disappear. We had the same windows out in our house. The RV rating is very good and our dust problem disappeared. Our utility bill went down and we were so happy with the customer service and a lifetime warranty. We recommend them to my brother and daughter which they both had the same company replace their windows and were very happy they did. I would recommend this company to anyone needing new windows.
