The Window & Door Store in Las Vegas installed extra large French doors in the entrance to our den. The installers did a fantastic job and finished in a timely manner. I did not expect them to have to cut into the walls in order to make the doors fit. The doors fit perfectly . Hector and another installer cleaned up after the install. I highly recommend this company.

Overall the experience was seamless. From the time we started at the showroom to the installation process everyone there was keeping us informed regarding the installation date expectation to the actual install date. The Anlin products look great (we went with black frames) and it transformed the whole house look. Definitely cooler and quieter. Matt was our salesman, Ashley is the install coordinator, and Jason and Jesse were the installers. Sergio and his team of stucco repair guys were also very good. Everything was installed and stuccoed in one week where the original projection was 7-8 days for our 27 windows. So that was a bonus. So overall a very good company to work with.

They recently completed a window replacement project at our home in Cottonwood AZ (7 windows, 1 sliding door: Anlin DelMar Expanded View, full tear-out). The Window and Door Store exceeded our expectations and we are very happy with the end result. Every step in the process was well-coordinated and smoothly executed, and the price was very reasonable. Mark Sander, our sales and design rep, was simply outstanding!! — knowledgeable, patient, professional, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. Mark truly inspired confidence as we undertook this project. Everyone who worked on our project clearly had our satisfaction top of mind: Joe with measurements, Daniel and Bradley installers, Roger stucco. All were really great. We will recommend The Window and Door Store to friends and neighbors without hesitation. (We also recommend that you visit the Scottsdale showroom to see the windows on a large scale — very helpful)

We’ve had an absolutely awful experience with AZ Window and Door – it’s been 8 months and the project still is not complete/functional. We purchased new windows for our entire home, and within the first month, TWO window panes were covered in pressure cracks- from edge to edge in numerous places. It took months for the windows to be replaced. Meanwhile, we still have a non-functional primary bedroom window. The techs didn’t have the correct balancers at the time of installation and had to return to install them a second time. The window shuts under its own weight over the course of 90 seconds. Yesterday, the tech was confirmed to arrive today between 8-9am. After 10am, we called the director to check in and were told she was still over an hour away… which would put her arriving over TWO hours late with no call or communication on their part. We also enclosed our front patio, which turned into a complete disaster following the faulty/sloppy initial install. The floors leaked everywhere they installed barriers/stucco under the windows because there were NO FLASHINGS installed. Instead of addressing the issue, they sent someone to caulk the stucco, which did absolutely nothing to stop the water from seeping through. After the first two failed attempts and abundant cracked stucco, an entirely new team had to come up and demolish all of the initial build and redo the entire project. That team actually took the time to install proper flashing and seal the seams before having another stucco team out to complete the rebuild. We were told that the windows would still need to be caulked after the stucco team completed their work- there was absolutely no follow up from the company other than they repeatedly reach out demanding the remaining $1000 balance, which we were told would be due when the over $30k project was completed. So here we are – 8 months in with work still needing to be completed and a nonfunctional window in the primary, being bothered for a measly $1k when the project still hasn’t been completed. I’d advise anyone considering embarking with AZ Window and Door to reach out to their competitors for a quote before signing with them. Not worth the hassle, sick of their excuses, and genuinely wish we hadn’t used their company.
