I had called for a repair of my retracting screen door and I was given an appointment for Monday, however the serviceman Steve called me today and asked if he could now. i had him stop by and in less than 10 minutes Steve fixed my door and it works perfectly!!! Steve reported to his office and said I was fixed and that it was less than minutes to take care of it, I received a call form Pella informing me that there would be no charge for the repair since it was such a short visit. THANK YOU PELLA !!!! I definitely recommend Pella for their doors and windows.

I review is on the excellent service given to me by salesman James in Phoenix, Arizona. My needs were pretty straightforward. A broken window caused by a golf ball strike. James gave me the information I needed to proceed with the repair. When I asked him to assist me in the Procedure, he was more than kind with helping me. After doing extensive research about windows for our new house, we decided on Pella because they were able to meet all our wishes and needs. The showroom is excellent and Donny Chavez our sales person helped us with his knowledge, expertise and experience deciding on all the important details for the windows and sliding doors. He took the time to walk us through all possible options of their products. We are very pleased how the windows turned out, especially the two huge picture windows. We highly recommend Donny for his customer-oriented commitment.

We were very pleased with all aspects of our window replacement experience with Pella. The salesman was extremely knowledgable. He took the time to understand our needs in order to select the appropriate window product. The window installation crew was also extremely efficient ad meticulous. The taping of plastic shield on the interior almost completely reduced interior dust. Their cleanup at the end of each day was immaculate. The stucco crew also did an amazing job, matching the old stucco pattern to a tee. They also did an amazing job of cleanup at the end of the day. We would definitely recommend the Pella product as well as all the people we had interraction with during this process.

This is an update on my previous review below. The one star review stands. I have a warped door. A Pella technician came and said it needed to be replaced. When the replacement showed up the Pella installers said that they didn’t need to install the new door and that the original was fine. Now I’ve for a door that won’t close and am waiting additional months for a replacement. It’s a bad product backed up by bad service. Horrible communication and moving delivery times. Still waiting on a door ordered 6 months ago. After spending tens of thousands of dollars I would expect more. This is a update. After the response from Pella about the review above I emailed them. I was told from their social media department someone would be in touch with me. It’s been over 2 weeks since the reply attached and still no response. Once Pella has your deposit money they no longer care about you as a customer. I will keep this review updated. For now I would not do business with Pella if I were in the market for windows and doors.

Gregg Uitermarkt, Pella Technician, was outstanding. He corrected a couple issues caused the builder and took extra time to explain the many Pella window features. He is definitely a major credit to our local Pella distributor…
