We bought a Blandford home in 2015 that came with a window warranty for the original purchaser. Our Arcadia was originally fitted sliding the wrong way. Cascade flipped the door prior to closing and it’s never operated well. I finally started pursuing a replacement with them and after countless calls and probably over an hour of messages (they never call back), they finally sent a tech out who said “yes, we can fix this”. That was months ago and nobody followed up. I’d stay away from homes with cascade windows. Impossible to deal with after the sale.

Hey everyone, I wanted to share my experience with Cascade windows. Unfortunately, I had a really frustrating time with them. Not only did they do a poor job on my home, but they also found a way to get out of honoring their warranty. They claimed that a security film installed by the previous owners voided the warranty, which I think is unfair. I’m really disappointed with their lack of accountability and customer service. I wouldn’t recommend Cascade windows to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service.

New construction build – Cascade is a vendor of a larger project. to date, 2 years later, still no window screens on main windows. Countless calls. Mishaps sending screens to the wrong house. I would never recommend this company. The window quality is not great either. None of our sliding doors latch properly, and other windows do not slide smooth and rock when pulling. Really awful stuff. When calling I get the runaround and told covid was the reason for delays… then now im out of warranty when I never got window screens to begin with.

I bought 14 of their windows 3 different sizes from Mobile Home Depot. One of the windows has moisture between the panes. I’ve been trying for 2 weeks now for them to send someone out to look at it. The first 9 windows included the one in question. These windows were bought right off the shelf at Mobile Home Depot so there was no sales order number knowing full well I had bought all the windows at Mobile home depot. Mobile Home Depot even called them and they said I had to remove the window bring it back and exchange. This window was completely installed, had to tear the house up to do this. Costumer service and warranty sucks

Builder of our home used Cascade. Sliding glass doors downstairs and upstairs do not lock properly. Cascade sent out service tech to fix the problems. Downstairs sliders still do not lock. Have used local number on their business card to contact the office, yet no one answers the phone and there is no mailbox to leave a message. We’ve had to use the 800 number only to be told that the office staff leaves at 3:30pm. Overall poor quality, service and customer care.

I filled out a warranty claim in August of 2022 and I have followed up with weekly calls. It is now June 2023. No one has bothered to call me back and honor the warranty. This is very disappointing. The warranty service here and lack of follow up is terrible.

We have been attempting to reach someone at the Phoenix Office for months regarding final documentation and had no success with reaching anybody. Reana at the front office in Houston TX, seam to be the only one with any integrity, and giving any effort to try and contact the right people to take care of us.
