PLANET REMODEL LLC 2 years agoIf I was able to give 0 stars I would. Hired Jessica and her company Planet remodel for a bathroom renovation for tile floor, counter top/ raised height for cabinet, jetted bathtub (about 2k), mirrors and upper cabinet demo and replacement. I was told the scope of work would be 3 to 4 months, 2 weeks of renovation. Today it’s been almost 11 months since we’ve hired them without a working tub still. Now the owner Jessika is not returning calls or texts to fix the problem. Now iam going to have to rip out a tub that was never able to work. Having to hire a different company to resolve this renovation nightmare. I totally understand the fact with supply chain issues in today’s current situation. When your a business leaving clients in the dark it turns it unacceptable. Lack of or no communication with this company is truly unbelievable. Beware this company goes by Affordable Bathrooms as well.

Offcut Interiors – Home Remodeling 6 days agoOffcuts Interiors were very professional and friendly to work with. I gave them unaskable request to have my shower exchanged from tub shower to walk-in with in a week. I am disabled, and needed a shower upon moving in. From meeting Trevor, and his team working to remove the tub and giving me a walk- in, beautiful tiled shower, in very little time. The finished product is fantastic. Its everything I asked for and more. They were easy to work with, really listened to what I wanted and followed through, building me a beautiful tiled shower. I am very impressed. I will be using them again in the future.
