I should have posted this a long time ago. Cougar W&D installed shutter blinds in our newly built home about 2 years ago, and they did a great job with communication, installation, and flexibility. We appreciated how easy they were to talk to and how efficient they were when it came to the actual installation. And they kept to a schedule, which is always appreciated when it comes to home projects! We’ve had no problems with the blinds and would absolutely go through Cougar again for anything window/door related.

Zach is a terrific team leader for Karly, Mykhael, Eric, Matt, and Carlos. They have amazing work ethic installing four windows and an arcadia door in one day. Kale, Edgar, and Brian answered my questions about what kind of windows were best for my home. They were honest, kind, and respectful. I was able to save a lot of money because Edgar sold me a door they had in stock. Thank you Cougar Windows for a job well done!

I made an appointment and drove out to meet the salesman. He didnt even show. Wasted drive. No follow up call no apology. Nothing. Very very unprofessional not to mention that they sell very cheap glass. I will never do business with them.

I just wanted to share my awesome experience with Zach,Matt, Carlos and Jayden. These Hard working , professional, kind men did an awesome job on my windows. They were prompt, efficient, polite, and they cleaned up after themselves!!! My windows look great! They were really great and the company is lucky to have them!! Thank you so much

I need to change my review, company was initially responsive did a pretty good job installing the windows. After install someone came out to inspect the work, one large window was a mess of caulk around it and it looked horrible. The employee said he would send someone out to remove the caulk and replace it with another product that would look better. I never heard back so about a month later I called, I was told someone would contact me about it, no one contacted me. So I forgot about it but now I getting my house painted so I guess that nasty caulk job will get painted over. I thought maybe this company was different but I guess not once they get paid it’s forget you and on to the next. To bad.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Through the entire process of having the salesperson come, explain my options and provide a very clear outline of next steps, right through supply chain issues that they communicated clearly and, ultimately to the fabulous crew, led by Edgar, who did the installation, Cougar did exactly what you hope your contractors will do. And, by the way, their pricing was far more reasonable that 3 other bids I received. The workmen just left my house and I couldn’t be happier. If looking for a one-stop shop, just call Cougar Windows and Doors. No sense wasting time elsewhere

I made an appointment with them to get an in-home estimate, but they no-showed me and said no one is available to reschedule in the day. I tried calling them to follow up about ten minutes after the appointment time, but it took me five tries to get a call back! Apparently, they tried to contact me and were “unsuccessful”, but I did not receive any missed calls on my phone. Wasted my whole morning because of this. Edit in response to owner: I just checked the phone number I provided, and it is a +1 (US) number, so I am not sure how that is even possible as VOIP just differs in the medium that the packets travel (vs landline). I also provided an email address, so you could have let me know through that way. Regardless, why do you have appointments available on the online system if it is not really available? Seems like the bigger issue here. Finally, I did not take you up on the offer because you left a bad first impression with your lack of communication and disorganization. Bottom line, my time is valuable and you wasted it.
