First- initial contact and customer service, prices and actual installation were great. That is why they are getting any stars. They specifically list your responsibilities and theirs. They listed a need for an adequate clearance from the windows being replaced both inside and outside the house. I was home all day AND available the day they installed the windows. The next day I went to the front of the house to see the new windows, and discovered 2 of my 3 azalea bushes (between 50 and 60 years old) cut to the GROUND. I have left 2 messages to ask about this. They have my payment, but have not called me back. There was no reason for the bushes to be cut down like this. I was home and available if they needed me to prune them back or tie them out of the way. The workmen should have asked for direction/help. These bushes were at least 5 feet high and probably about that wide. The front of the house now looks awful.

Trace and the team was awesome. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time. Removal of old windows and installation of new windows was fast, proficient, and professional. Clean up was done as each window was installed. Upon finishing the installation, a complete demonstration on how to operate and maintain product was given. Their prices were very reasonable as well. I would recommend Window World to anyone looking for replacement windows.
