From the owner to the installers, this is one of the most professional groups I have ever done business with. They did exactly what they said plus a couple of honey-do’s, they left my property spotless, and the quality of the install is superb. I entertained bids from four companies, and they were the clear winner by far. Their windows afforded me the very best value for quality that I could find, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We had a great experience with your home window company! The quote was fair, work was completed on time, and the workers did an excellent job. I felt they took their time and cleaned up well after. We had one window with rotted wood in the frame and Dustin did an awesome job cleaning it out, repairing, then replacing the window. We have one half circle window on top of a large picture window that other companies seemed nervous to replace, but your home window company did a great job and they were able to wrap the outside with vinyl to match our other windows. We have now had our windows for a few months and have had no issues and they have significantly cut down on the humidity, heat, and bugs in our home. 10/10 recommend this company!

Windows look fantastic. The owner Jerry was professional, prompt and easy to work with. The guys that did the installation were on time and did a terrific job. They did a very good job at cleanup as they progressed. No sign they were ever here, except for the beautiful windows.

Fantastic experience. After years of looking for a very specific door from multiple vendors Your Home Window Company had what I wanted. The experience was seamless. The sales, measurement, and particularly the installation were all 5 stars. The installation team accommodated a last minute change in schedule by me. Then, they kept me informed all day as they completed other jobs before mine. They arrived exactly when they said and finished quickly. We’ve had the door a week now, and I smile every time I see it. Will definitely use this company again.

It is with great pleasure that I write this review for Jerry and Your Home Window Company. After doing much research and taking almost a year to decide which route I wanted to take to address my old failing wood windows, I went with the company that I felt most comfortable with. They did not let me down. After building a new office a few years ago, I was not looking forward to anymore construction work. I don’t think it could have gone much smoother than it did. Jerry’s guys called ahead and WERE ON TIME. Very informative and answered any questions I had. Did a super job!! Great quality, look amazing, and very competitive pricing. Mr. King helped educate me on my options and was a key to the entire process. I don’t have anything like this done without doing my due diligence. I always suggest everyone do the same, but no need to if you need any work that Your Home Window Company offers. Save time and call Jerry FIRST>

I’ve worked with them twice so far and have had a great experience both times. The first time was to replace two of my back doors and the second time was to replace 8 windows. I still have another set of windows to replace, so I will be going back a third time in the future. Alan did a great job showing me the different options available and even contacted ProVia to answer one of my questions. Jerry and his crew never disappoint.

From start to finish using “Your Home Window Company” has been one of the best decisions we have ever made. Their sales person Alan King, was very personable and professional and took his time answering all of our questions and explaining all of our options. The owner, Jerry Mashburn, kept us well informed every step of the way. We were told the windows would arrive in 8-12 weeks. They arrived in 5! They called on Sunday before Labor Day and wanted to know if they could start installing on Tuesday. Their installers, Dustin and Brandon were very nice and professional, and explained the order that things would be done in, and estimated the job would be complete by Thursday. By Wednesday evening they were done and they are absolutely beautiful. Everything was cleaned up and back where it came from. They were very conscientious about keeping as much heat out of the house while the windows were being changed out. They were very careful with the installation and every thing went very smoothly, and we are extremely happy with the results. We are so happy with our windows and have already noticed that our two rooms with the most windows are staying 4-8 degrees cooler than they were with the old windows. I can’t wait to see how much we will be saving on our utility bills! If you need replacement windows this is the place to go!
