I’m selling my house and needed to complete a few projects prior to listing, all within 3-4 weeks. Cobalt Exteriors did a great job replacing the siding on one side of my house and turned it around just in time for pictures. The team was amazing from beginning to end. The project manager, Kevin Callahan, kept me updated throughout the process and went above and beyond to keep the project on track despite several days of rain. The siding and paint look great!!

Highly recommend! We needed to have some siding repair work done. Lisa got back to me very quickly with a verbal estimate. The process was quite easy based on the photos we took. Kevin followed up with a formal quote (very professional) and got us on the calendar. The team did an excellent job with the repair and painting to match. It was like no damage had ever occurred. Lovely people to work with and would use them again.

Great costumer service from the moment they reached out, taking pictures with the drone, explaining what I previously knew, the scope of work. Honest, straight forward, they have different levels you can spent, very professional, set up nicely, brought their own Porta potty, for some reason that impressed me, I’m sure it’s common but I was impressed. Did the work, took couple days, came when they said they would, cleaned up, they are supposed to come back in couple days to do another round of clean up which I know they will, very professional, I highly recommend.

Cobalt replaced the siding on my home as well as some rough carpentry on some damaged framing/sheathing. They did quality work and kept me informed on a daily basis as work progressed. I have no hesitation in contracting with them again in the future.

Courteous, respectful, did beautiful work, as commented upon by my neighbor who is a general contractor. He admired the work, too. Easy to communicate with the project manager. Very thorough about all the work and cleanup. We are super happy.

Cobalt Exteriors is my “go to” for all exterior related work. Responsive, professional and friendly, fair/good price for excellent quality of work product, knowledgeable and never pushy.
