Update 2: They asked me to reach out. I did but have not gotten a response in over a week. They also blocked me on Facebook. This company is terrible and lies to get 5 star reviews. Update: They put a ton of nails into the siding and tried to cover it with caulk which is all now faded. The siding looks horrible. They sealed in the rear faucet with caulk so I can’t remove the hose. We originally got a bid in August of 2020. They eventually started work on January 5th of 2021. We hired them for new siding and windows. I was originally told it would take an estimated work time of about two weeks to complete. It took them almost an entire month. Sadly this company was recommended by the county and also had great reviews if you look a ways back. I recommend reading current reviews. For the amount of money this all cost, it is ridiculous. One good note the siding and the windows look great. The bad part. They obviously used subpar sub-contractors. They were not consistent of when they showed up, some days they didn’t show up at all. They told us they were doing windows on a certain day. They didn’t do them that day. They smoked on the property while replacing windows causing it to come into the house. They left soda cans and cigarette butts in the yard. We spoke to our Project Manager about this. He spoke to them. They continued to do this. They did not clean up after finishing. I am still picking up nails, screws, pieces of old siding, cinder blocks from our flower beds they tossed into the yard and glass from the drive way where they broke a window and never cleaned up. I picked up chunks of metal from the gutters they threw in the yard as well as tips from caulking tubes and various other items they left. They left empty cans of paint in the backyard to rust out. They did not pre-measure ANY of the windows properly and gouged out large jagged lines in our drywall. I had to complain several times before the PM finally came out and looked and said oh ya that isn’t right after I was originally told it was fine, I could just caulk around the windows myself. He spoke to the crew. They admitted to not pre-measuring. They continued to do it incorrectly the rest of the house. They had to send someone to patch all the holes they created. They left the windows in the back yard before installation so one has bent metal on it, the others are dirty and need to be cleaned thoroughly. They didn’t even properly install the sliding glass door, it would not lock or slide and was told they would fix it tomorrow (leaving me with an unlocked door with a small child in the house over night). I finally had to fix the slider myself, adjusting the wheels and placing the lock in the proper place. They didn’t even install proper weather proofing when installing the windows as our window in the living room started to pour water in due to a heavy rain. It filled up a large pitcher twice in one night. They list they are not responsible for damaging the landscaping of your yard and they mean it. We have a very full mature japanese maple that isn’t honestly all that close to the house. They hacked off one of the main limbs off the back side of it (it is an obvious cut with a saw), we are not sure if it is going to grow back. I was told to leave the camera mounts for our security system and they would remount them, they threw them away (the PM was nice enough to buy new mounts) so I had to install them all myself. I was told they were supposed to wipe down the siding as it is grey and has white smudges and marks all over it. They did kind of but did a very poor job. They smashed out downspouts so I had to get them to replace them, they tried to just reinstall the smashed downspouts and they left the gutters full of debris from the siding. I am sure there is more but there is already so much that didn’t go right. I have multiple friends who recently bought houses and asked who we used and I warned them away from Pacific Exteriors. I rarely write reviews but I feel this warranted it as the entire experience was frustrating.

I contacted them in March to begin a small soffit project. Abraham sold me a soffit that was not one that they provided and it was a bit confusing after everything was installed. Ultimately, I was not satisfied with the material since it was not what was expected or advertised. It would have been helpful to see and feel the material samples of the soffit. They offered a discount if I signed the contract on the spot – which is a sales tactic I should have been wary of. Jason the project manager attempted to help me finish this small project with their internal team. They still need to complete my project with the final vents they removed (vents were not replaced) and Jason tried to remedy the initial issue with a solution of installing board and batten to hide the seams of the soffit. I’ve been waiting over a month and still no new date is scheduled to complete the project. Initially, I was excited to support a local business and looked forward to doing more business with them. But at this time, I cannot recommend this company.

We had residing of home south side. We were concerned about the meter, heat pump, solar tubing and outlets. Brian explained their plan. The office staff (Aubrey), pjt manager (Brian) were very responsive to all our questions. They were kind, professional and made the process very easy.

Very pleased that we decided to hire them for our siding project. There were a few hurdles during the project and they were professional and attentive during the whole process.

Pre-sales, everything was fine. We scheduled the work and all was going well. The problems: I was told the lap of the new siding would be installed to match the existing siding, but it was installed with a different lap, so one wall of my house is different from the rest now. (6 1/2″ original cedar vs 6 3/4″ cement-board replacement). A nail was put into my wiring, shorting it and tripping a breaker. Ok, these things happen. The construction crew left without fixing it — again, ok, not their wheel-house. My project manager told me they would have to get an electrician. I waited for weeks with no updates, but scaffolding on my house and a dumpster and a porta-potty in front of my house. I was told the electrical fix would not delay the project, but something did. Eventually, I got on a ladder myself and pulled out the errant nail, removing the electrician from the equation. Two pieces of fascia were not replaced that should have been. I had to call this to the attention of my project manager, who was not on-site for the work, or to inspect. That rework also needs more rework because it’s contacting the roof surface. Almost two months after the work began, I got paint and the job is mostly complete. I never felt like anyone had bad intentions, but they seemed disorganized and rushed.

What a great company to work with. The 4 men who showed up to do new Hardie Shingle above my garage and to replace old siding on two small areas of my home did a great job. They worked well together, had great skills and knowledge to complete the job with quality. The sales and office staff were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable too. I enjoyed working will you all.
