Took my money and ran. Upon initial contact, David was quick to respond and was very eager to assess my needs and provide an estimate. He provided a professional, itemized quote and collected a $5,000 deposit. That’s when the service stopped. He has not done any of the work and as of June 30, it will have been five months since the contract was signed. He doesn’t respond to my emails or texts. All calls go straight to voicemail. Don’t be fooled by the professional website, 5-star reviews, and smokescreen. This is fraud. It has been all sales and no service. I checked with the Tennessee state licensing board and can’t find him. Not to say he doesn’t have a license, but I can’t find it. This should serve as a warning to anyone seeking the services of Hopkins Home.

Micheal and his team, did a great job on our clearing, French drain and our fence I highly recommend him and actually have him coming out again for our bathroom remodel!

The Hopkins Home workers who repaired my deck were extremely knowledgeable, well-equipped and were very effective communicators as to what they were doing and how it would work to fix the problem. They completed the project in much less time than I anticipated and were happy to answer any questions I had. I would be happy to have them tackle any home repair need I may have in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with David and Hopkins Home. David came out and gave me a quote on a siding repair and some painting on the exterior of my home. He was on time and explained in detail what he saw and what needed to be done to keep my home in good shape. He listened to me and gave his recommendations on what needed to be done now and things that could wait until down the road. He was honest and I’m glad I decided to use this company. His communication was exceptional and I felt he was on top of every detail of my project. The crew showed up on time, was friendly and curtious and cleaned up after themselves daily. When the job was finished David came out and inspected everything to make sure the job was done to his expectations, which I have to say exceeded even mine. I will definitely be using Hopkins Home again in the future.
