We had a very positive experience working with everyone associated with Cedar Siding Repair. Amanda came out to our house and prepared an estimate within a day or two of our initial call, and the estimate showed very clearly what would be repaired, how it would be repaired, and the total cost. The proposal was accompanied by a video (sent via email) from the Owner of the Company (Andy) where he showed us a sample of the materials to be used, and briefly reiterated what would be done. Andy also graciously squeezed us into their schedule so that our work could be completed timely with some other work that we were having done by another contractor. Dave and Evan actually completed the work….they were thorough, did everything that was proposed, and even made a couple of improvements above and beyond what was required because they wanted to make sure the job was done correctly. Everybody at the company was professional, courteous, and very customer-focused. I would happily use Cedar Siding Repair again for any needed updates to the exterior of my house.

Absolutely phenomenal experience all around working with Andy and his team. We had been searching for months to find someone to strip and re-stain our cedar siding, and thank god we finally found them. As soon as Andy showed up, he knew exactly what to do and how to do it. Communication was personal, price was fair, the work got scheduled quickly, and the whole team was friendly during the job. And the results speak for themselves. Our cedar siding, which had been peeling and cracking for a couple years, is perfect and makes our house look brand new again. I’m not sure if it was squirrels, the housewash from last summer, or just the ravages of time, but suddenly several places on the trim of my house were rotting. I did my research, looked on Angi, and contacted several contractors. Most didn’t even call back. Others started telling me the hundred other things they could do – “since we need to remove the gutters to fix the trim we might as well replace them” Cedar Siding was the clear exception. From the start they were on time and professional. They walked me through the project. And instead of upselling, they were clear some problem areas could just be fixed with a little paint. The day of the project was a breeze. Again on time and professional. The work was superb. My house looks fantastic. Highly recommend.

After months of bids from other companies who wanted to just put a bandaid on, we found Cedar Siding Repair. They completed a thorough inspection and we needed more than a bandaid. The old siding was in dis-repair and had to be totally removed and home completely sided. We can’t say enough good things about this company. Andy and his crew are very knowledgeable, they pay attention to detail. We felt the prices were fair. We even had our sheds repaired to match our home. From beginning to end of process, this company has been amazing. We would definitely recommend Cedar Siding Repair to everyone and would use them again for any other projects. True craftsmen! Andy and his team replaced about a quarter of my 1920s original cedar shake siding just the way it would’ve been done originally. It’s beautiful! I’m so glad they opened a location in Cincinnati as I regularly refer them to anyone I know that needs wood siding work.
