Most reasonable pricing and got the job done, they had to come back a second day because they didn’t have the right sized ladder and I know that’s an extra expense on their end with the extra time coming back but they stuck to the original quote no addons like some might try. Needed only a partial repair and most roofers were trying to upsell me even saying stuff like my wife needs to be home when their salesperson comes over I was like that’s a dealbreaker you don’t need her contact info people are too busy to listen to your sales pitch on stuff we don’t need. I’m sure if it ends up falling off or something that they have some sort of guarantee as well.

Lynx Renovations replaced the original gutter system, repaired the soffits, and wrapped the fascia boards as needed on our 29 year old house. Brian and the entire company were extremely professional from our first meeting through the installation and final billing. They exceeded our expectations in every aspect of the job. They made extra repairs to the original construction of the roof decking and soffit to ensure a weather tight roof and gutter system. Brian and the crew worked past sunset the first day to be able to complete the job the following day before a pending rainstorm hit the area. I will not hesitate to recommend Brian Gill and the Lynx company for their outstanding work, attention to detail, and spotless cleanup.

I had Lynx replace my gutters a few weeks ago and they did a great job. Brian was professional and they had great competitive prices. I will most definitely use them again for other home projects. If you need any work done, I would highly recommend.
