We had K.D. Yoder remove old Masonite siding from our house and install new vinyl siding–along with OSB and house wrap. They were great to work with, and we cannot recommend them enough. From the first visit, to the final follow-ups to make sure that the job was done to our satisfaction, they were great to work with. Ken, who we worked with on the project, deserves a special shout out. We care a lot about the appearance of our house, and the quality of work that is done, and Ken was patient as we worked through all our options, asked him the same questions over and over again, and changed our minds more than once. Although I’m sure that we caused him plenty of headache, he never once let on that it was the case. The quality of work was also top notch. The crews that did the removal of the existing siding, and the installation of the new siding were both great. They worked incredibly hard, and through a heatwave at that. Finally, almost any job is going to have a few things that need to be touched up when all is said and done. Ken and the team worked with us to make sure everything we identified after the fact was taken care of. I’d absolutely recommend KD Yoder to anyone and, in fact, have already recommended them to several friends. I think that their ethos can be summed up in a comment that Warren one the owners made about our project: When faced with a question/request that we had made, he said that he wouldn’t do it on his house, so he wouldn’t feel comfortable doing it on a client’s house. That’s the kind of care and dedication that made KD Yoder great to work with.

From the beginning, Ken has been incredible attentive to my needs. I had a new roof and new siding installed. They were able to get me scheduled sooner than suggested and the work was done promptly and efficiently. The work done was excellent. One area was different than the rendering, and Ken quickly scheduled for it to be fixed. I highly recommend K. D. Yoder & Associates!

I enlisted KD Yoder & Associates to wrap the soffits and fascia of my mother’s home in vinyl/aluminum. The crew set up their ladders etc. the night before and hit the ground running the morning, were super tidy, professional, and did and awesome job (not to mention the price was totally reasonable for the quality of work). Would definitely recommend and work with again!
