Nothing but great things to say about my sales representative Nick Koontz! When we started the process there was no pushy sales tactics. Took the time to explain the process from start to finish and went above and beyond to explain the options. Once we had settled out a plan of action each step was clearly conveyed and scheduled in a timely manor. Any question I had was answered completely and accurately. The knowledge he was able to share was not just a sales pitch but was from his experience from when he installed the same services. It was comforting knowing that I had someone who had the technical and product knowledge! After the work was complete his follow up was second to none! I would feel great to refer Nick and Great Plains Exteriors to my family and friends with the experience I had! Thank you again!

We live in Edwardsville, Ks. We were hit in March by baseball size hail. Our gutters and roof took a beating. We took time researching a good business to do our repairs while we watched countless neighbors let almost any “roofer” take a ladder off their truck lean against their gutters to smash them more and hire them on spot. Our research proved very, very valuable. As our neighbor’s dealt with new roofing materials in their yards for days and dumpsters in their driveway for days before and after the installation, we did not. Our repairs were detail oriented and followed through to perfectly fit our schedules. We met with Trent and Chris to go over our work and the plan. I had Trent’s cell phone number and really only needed it to brag on his roofing and gutter installation crews. They kicked butt and cleaned up excellently too. Just wanted to leave this here while I’m sure you’re reading it trying to decide who to go with for your repairs or remodeling like we were too. Just want to say thank you to Chris and Trent and your team as well! You all did an amazing job! Kind regards

This was a great company to work with starting with the salesperson, Trent, and the entire crew, especially Carlos. Trent did a great job going over our options, providing his recommendations, but was never pushy. He is honest and a pleasure to work with. The crew worked non-stop (even when it was freezing outside) to finish the work on time. Carlos is such a nice young man, taking time to explain everything. They took care of some unanticipated wood problems and did not charge any extra. The house looks 100% better. I highly recommend Grait Plains Exteriors to anyone in Kansas City area who is looking to replace their siding.

Nick and his team were great! It was overwhelming needing interior and exterior work. It’s awesome to have a one stop shop for all work. Nick and his team made the entire process easy. The team is efficient, transparent and professional. And the finished product was outstanding. We would definitely call Nick again for any home needs in the future.

Oh my! What a great group of people to work with. It started with Trent coming to our home and explaining all of the products and answering all questions. Carlos. José and the rest of the crew were so thoughtful, considerate, careful and neat. They picked up our yard every day and swept the porch and patio as well. This is the best work crew I’ve had at my house! Can’t give them enough compliments! Super people!

Excellent workman ship, excellent prices, excellent company! It started with Nick Koontz our sales rep, he listened to what I wanted, made suggestions and provided a great price. Our Installer was Carlos, he and his team did a wonderful job putting up the siding and wrapping my bay window. I absolutely looks amazing! Thank you Nick and Carlos! Worst experience ever.. All the windows put in the back of the house leak air..Have called many times to our salesman with no return calls.. When we finally spoke with someone we were told windows must breath.. and are supose to leak air.. My old wood windows never leaked air this bad.. Also the screens are falling apart.. only a few years old.. Just wish the little jobs got as much attention to concerns as big jobs.. I will never recomend this company… Poor customer service for sure… We have given this company the benifit of the dout because we remodled durring covid and knew we had to wait amost a year for install after payment… But to get brushed under the rug for poor construction and install is just poor customer service.. we have waited almost two years with no resolutions… Only unreturned calls..

Replaced 25+ year old siding and windows I can not say enough good things about the whole experience!! Trent was very knowledgeable about the quality of the products and how beneficial their siding and windows would be for our home and then explained how beautiful the new siding and windows would be ( definitely was right about that). He was very patient and listened as we were trying to decide on the color of our windows and siding. We really weren’t sure how things would go…but once the project began Carlos introduced himself and made sure we didn’t have any questions. He and his crew went straight to work. Everything was cleaned up every day at the end of their work day. Carlos was very knowledgeable and skilled when it came to creating the look I was wanting. The crew was absolutely friendly, diligent and skilled with their work . Our home has gables that really needed help…once i finally decided what to do with them Carlos surprised me and created the cover for the gable to look like my old siding….I absolutely love it!!! Kinda made me feel like I was holding on to my old siding (home)…just meant a lot to me ( which was a surprise how that made me feel). These guys are super nice, knowledgeable and skilled. CARLOS and his team of amazing guys, Jose, Julio, Fran are truly gifted tradesmen!! Their attention to detail and care for our home was very professional and appreciated. Carlos always answered all of our questions and explained things well, they cleaned up after every day of work. We were happy to let them leave their tools and trailer at our home so they didn’t have to load and unload everyday. Nick walked us through siding options, pros and cons of each and was patient and understanding as we decided. We changed our minds on a few minor things and it was flawlessly switched to what we wanted with no hiccups. Completely transformed our home. If you’re looking for a siding company to trust and that will listen to you as a homeowner then HIRE THESE GUYS!!

Great Plains Exteriors was excellent to work with! They replaced our deck, added shutters to the front of our house and repaired window rot on two front half-round windows. From the work proposal to the finished product, they were very professional and provided dedicated workers with great attitudes and detailed skills. I highly recommend them!
