Our new windows are absolutely gorgeous. My whole upper level was done! The sales reps listened to our wants and needs. The best part though was our installer (Val) he was the BEST. So professional, thorough, and QUICK. I would highly recommend!!!

We had a representative come to our home to quote a shower remodel. Left w/o leaving his business card and never heard from them again. Called the phone number listed on the website and no one would pickup the call. It just continued to ring. I sent a text, which said they were closed, waiting to see if they’ll respond through that method.

I feel like they are more into scaaming customers than home remodeling. They will someone work with you until you sign an agreement ande once you sign them, they don’t let you cancel it. I canclled mine within the 3 day period and they still send me a check fo few thousands of dollars as cancellation fee and now threaten me to put a lien on my house. I feel like employees work togther to make sure you sign the contract and once you signed, they own you like you are dong a business with the mafia. I urge the founders of the company to get involved and get rid of rogue employees trarnishing their reputation. Find a local trustworthy company for your remodeling projects.

K-Designers replaced my patio door and it looks terrific! The workers that came were very good and explained the process to me and when completed, gave me the keys. Both of them were very friendly and good workers. I would definitely refer K-Designers to anyone who asks. Great work!

They were great to work with from start to finish form the sales person to the installer they are very professional and easy to work with. They did the work in a quick time frame without sacrificing quality. Definitely will work with them again

They are very high priced to high, yes you will be in debt cus the prices they charge. Sales people don’t give you much of a chance to say no, they keep sale pitching you, even if you feel sketchy, and then they bring in demos and ideas and good info, but they just keep going even if you say let me think about it, or I’ll have to do family decisions, or no or I don’t know, they don’t give up. They do got good information and they got good stuff, but pricey. After they say you get a free trip they pay for and discount prices after you sign a contract, you get hit with the real prices and you may go in debt, got our windows and door done, thinking we will get discount cheaper monthly payments, no we are now severely in debt, then they linked themselves to our mortgage so they are part of our mortgage without asking us and signing contract or informing us, idk if that’s legal. If you’re rich they will be good, if not buyer beware. Good products yes, but to high monthly payments and prices. They are bad company, way over priced to point they rob you. The windows we got all leak air to point frost is inside on corners of frame in my downstairs windows, moisture all on windows on the inside. The door we got has a gap, doesn’t fit in frame well, and air leak moisture and frost comes on the inside of the door. Winter our house in cold cus of all the air leaks. Definitely not energy saving, they don’t put foot or windows in right, rob you price wise that’s not worth it. Got spend more money to get doors and windows fixed by real professionals to seal air leaks
