EDIT: the owners fixed the issues caused by the previous owner of this business. We are impressed by their efforts and enjoyed their drive to fix the problems. They have been wonderful to work with. Cannot recommend this company to anyone. Our windows are crooked and when a breeze comes a long our whole house whistles. This didn’t happen with our old windows at all. When we contacted the company to let them know they did not believe us and said our house was crooked. When they went to install our windows they had measured wrong and tried to install windows that were too small. They were simply going to install them anyways knowing that they were too small. Thankfully my husband noticed and asked that they order the right size. They also left a huge mess of dried spray foam all outside our house, a year later and I’m still finding pieces of. With recent storms we found leaking into our house through some of the windows. When we called to let them know they said they would call us back and didn’t. When we followed up we were met with interruption. Bottom line is that our builder grade windows we had prior to this caused us less issues than this company.

Our home was built in the 90s, so when we moved in, we knew we needed to replace the windows. We went with NWA Windows & Siding to replace 4 windows last year. We felt that their price point was fair, customer service was personable, and quality matched what we were looking for, so we ordered 5 more and just had those installed yesterday. Quick turnaround from ordering to install and good communication throughout. Will be coming back to them next year to finish out replacing the rest of the windows in our home!

Great product and a better price point than National companies. I had a budget they worked with and didn’t try to upsell me on items I didn’t want. The team made sure I was happy before they completed the job. Highly recommend.

NWA did the both Windows and Board and Batten siding on our house. The quality of install and product was amazing. After comparing many quotes I can say their Presidential windows are the best value out there. Better quality than Anderson at a fraction of the cost.

This is one of the best window and siding company’s around the new owner Jeramy Toland is doing an excellent job with keeping this company in top shape. He’s amazing with communication and making sure all your needs are taken care of in a timely manner. He also has John Thomas on his team who is one of the best window installers ever. He made the job look super easy and communicated with me very well with no problems involved. On top of that there personal representative who takes all of the calls Ms Amber Randolph was one of the best in town. She answered all my questions with a breeze and made the work 100 times easier for me. Definitely do business with them for all ur window and siding needs. They do everything they can to make sure it’s right for you at excellent prices. I’ll definitely be using them for all my future needs.

Amber was very kind and extremely helpful I needed some siding done after mine caught fire. John came out and explained everything to me and got me set up for siding and got it installed in a timely manner. I will definitely go to them for all future business.
