Called for a quote to inspect and fix damage done to the windshield by construction debris and was told it would be about $80 and take about 20 minutes. I get there and the people up front were so rude I should have left right then. Then one of the employees comes and looks at the crack and rudely accuses me of having it repaired already even though the car was literally brand new and then explained what happened. Did not matter, they are psychics and apparently have their cameras in my car because they still accused me of having it repaired….So then an estimator comes out and tries to smooth the situation over by saying over and over and over that the employee, “she’s handy” “she does such a great job”. Well news flash, you don’t do a good job, you actually made it worse and now the entire windshield has to be replaced to the tune of over one thousand dollars. Left and went to two actual glass shops and both said it could have been repaired, if done properly, which it wasn’t. The best part was how nonchalant the employees were saying and I quote, ” I have multiple cracks like that on my car it’s not that big of a deal” Guess what? It is a big deal when it’s a brand new car and you don’t want damage to your car. Stay away, go to an actual glass repair shop, pay a little extra and get actual quality work done…..

I contacted Nextech about my Yukon’s cracked windshield and they were able to come out the next day. The tech was able to get my windshield replaced in less than an hour between the rain fall. He even drove the truck around the block to make sure all the tech was up and running properly.

John and Aaron came out this week to replace a windshield and in my truck. They were professional, quick and efficient! I would highly recommend this company! Price was great and they came to my house!

I have a Jeep Wrangler and I caught a rock on the freeway that busted my windshield. I called these guys and Tina was amazing to work with and set me up right away to get it fixed! Great cost and quick work, I had my Jeep back in less than 2 hrs!!! Could not be happier with the results and service! A+ from me!

I didn’t actually get any work done by Nextech, yet. The guys I had look at my windshield were honest and didn’t try to sell me on something that wouldn’t actually help the small cracks I have. When I do need my windshield replaced I’ll definitely go back to them. The person I talked to on the phone was also very polite.
