Wow! Why did we wait so long to redo the glass in our large garden window! We had the team from Glass Doctor replace all of the old windows with broken seals, and add a privacy treatment (we used to have a blind that was deteriorating from moisture in the bathroom and this is much better). They also replaced some single panes in our 100 year old windows around the house that had cracks. Their team were responsive, professional and all around nice folks from the person who took my order on the phone, to the person who came to do the bid, to the two gents who did all of the work- everyone was a pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend enough!!

Extremely over price prices. Rip off level prices. Stay away from them. Also they say one thing, and they turn around and do a completely different thing so they can charge you more, and in different methods. Here is the kicker. Their name is the glass doctor. But instead you get better, you will get shocked, and sick with their prices Highly don’t recommend

The outside pane of my condo bedroom window had broken and i called Glass doctor. Shawn was the technician that came over for the install. The appointment was between 12 – 5. I was able to continue running errands and just head over there when he called me to say he was on the way 30 minutes prior. Once he arrived the install was much faster than i expected with zero mess. He even cleaned it inside and out. It looks incredible and Shawn was a pleasure to work with. I’d highly recommend this company.

From Linda M: Scott worked really hard to replace our cracked glass that was not put into its original frame correctly. He took his time and made adjustments to do the job right so as not damage the wood. Scott was here on time, very pleasant and professional. We greatly appreciated him going above and beyond. I had an excellent experience with the Glass Doctor. The technician, Jevon Frost, measured all the windows, removed the old windows and installed the new. All of them fit perfectly. Jevon worked without a break a full day. He kept all of areas clean, which was not easy having to go from standing in the flower beds then coming in the house for adjustments for each window. Before he left he made sue every new window was spotless. This was one of the best experiences I have had with a company and Jevon was was the best.
