Glass Doctor replaced a large window above the main door and several broken window balances throughout the house. Everything was perfect. They showed up on time, finished the work, and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely call Glass Doctor again.

Called to set an appointment on a Friday for Monday and they took a security deposit that they do not state is non refundable. They made clear all parts were in stock to complete the repair. Three times I was told they need to diagnose the issue and I was quoted a range from $225 to $500 for repairs. Another glass auto repair offered to come same day and fix it for the lower end of the range I was quoted. I had my car repaired and I cancelled my appointment the following day Saturday. Today (Monday) I was informed my appointment was cancelled but the $50 apparently covers their “restocking fee”. They were essentially able to see another customer and take my $50 as well without seeing my car. This is the poorest customer experience I have had in a long time. Please know I rarely post a review but this policy should be exposed.

Easy and straightforward. The tech(Jason) was timely and professional. I didn’t particularly like that I could not schedule a time for the mobile appointment and could only schedule the day they come out. You can find out the time they will arrive the day of though. +cheap +fast +good

I have had 2 windshields replaced (I have terrible luck) but glass doctor is the best. You will never see me at another safelite ever again. They got both of them replaced and recalibrated in the same day!

Love the glass replacement for my windows. They look brand new now and I didnt pay $20,000 to replace the entire windows, only the glass that was fogged up at less than 10% of that price.
