I went to this place because of the many good reviews but unfortunately my experience wasn’t so great. Everything was going good until they brought me back my car. They left debri from the window installment on the floor and in seats. So I went back in to ask if they could clean it out. The front desk lady went and got someone. So I told them I already dusted off passenger side, just need driver side cleaned. The guy proceeded to get in my car and while he was sitting down I was in the process of telling him where the dirt and debri was. Then he said YEA YEA and started closing the door on me. I was like well hold on, don’t close the door on me while I’m in the middle of talking to you. Then I said you know what, don’t worry about it. I’ll clean it myself. Then the front desk lady heard us and when and got manager. The manager comes out and explain the guy don’t know English. I expressed to the manager, you don’t have to know English to know a customer is speaking . He could’ve easy went and got someone to translate. But he definitely knew enough English to say YEA YEA and try and close the door on me. Close the door on me IN MY CAR !!… I saved a few dollars by going to this business but I rather pay a bit more money for better service. Also I have some kind of spray residue on my hood and doors. The hood is black and was so hard to get a good picture once I noticed it when I got home. But I was so drained about the whole cleaning the inside of my car situation and just didn’t even call about it. I’m sure they would’ve denied it since I had already left. I can’t even get the car washed for 2 days after window repair so you think they’ll be more observant to these things and protect your car!!.. cheaper price for cheaper service!!… If you have a nice car and take care of it, DO NOT COME HERE!!… If you have a car you really don’t care what happens, then come here!!! Update as of 6-27-24…. After I posted the review I got a call from the front desk and she said they wanted to fix the problem. She got me connected with a guy who detailed my car and got the stains off my car. Also received a call from Alex and he apologized for the whole situation. So I upgraded the stars from 2 stars to 4 stars. Thanks

Glad I found this place, they did a good job and it only took an hour. Someone tried to break into my car and cracked the rear passenger window. The dealership wanted almost $1000 to replace the glass. Safelite wanted about $600 for aftermarket (and they didn’t have any appointments until a week later). This place not only charged $420, but they had the OEM window in stock! They got me an appointment the very next day after I called and like I said, I was in and out in about a hour. I hope this never happens again, but if it does I’m going back to this place.

I was calling around getting crazy prices and scheduling weeks out with all the big name companies like Safelight, Caliber, and Glass doc, it was a nightmare and I needed my car fixed ASAP. But this business saw me right away gave me a fair price and AND NO ROBOTS on the phone, just a real person! The same person that greeted me at the door when I arrived was who I was talking too. I love this company and won’t go anywhere else for any auto glass issues. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

They did a good job on my windshield. Fast and efficient. Very surprised how well they cleaned the dashboard once finished. Good customer service. They also offer a good inclusive warranty on the windshield.
