Excellent expirience! I called and they came out same day to look and measure my front door glass that was badly broken. The techs were super friendly and professional. They ordered the glass and installed it way in just a few days way ahead of schedule. I highly recommend them!

Everyone I dealt with at Glass Doctor was professional and friendly. The technician who came over for the initial assessment measured the windows we wanted replaced and explained the install process for us. On the day of install, two techs came out and completed 5 windows in about 4 hours. They put everything back as it was (blinds, etc) and the new windows look amazing. I’m very happy with the work done.

Made an appointment to have the cracked glass replaced in our door. Appointment was for 8am. Called at 8:30 and was told the tech was 15 minutes away. Tech arrived at 9:00. Apparently honoring customer commitments is not a priority. The technician was skilled and the install was excellent. He cleaned up afterwards.

Terrible service. Contacted them on 12/27 and the earliest appointment was 1/04. Went in at 1 P.M. for our appointment and were told that the tech would be at least 30 minutes late. They then said he could come to us between 11:30 and noon the next day. Showed up after 4 P.M. and did a quick and lousy chip repair. After he was “done”, you could still see the chip and feel the indent on the outside of the windshield. We complained on the spot and were told they couldn’t do anything else and that was as good as it gets. Now having the windshield replaced as the chip cannot now be repaired properly. Do not recommend them at all.

The staff were very respinsive and professional. Follow-up calls with delivery details were excellent. I will definitely be calling them for any glass projects in the future.

Not good, I contacted them two times to replace 2 windowpane. The lady that answered the phone asked if the windows were double pane. Said that they couldn’t fix them. Called a second time the lady said to send pictures and sizes for a quote and it’s been 3 days and no quote. Not impressed.
