IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO STAR – THAT’S WHAT I WOULD GIVE YOU, DAN. THIS GUY IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. HE STOPPED ANSWERING MY CALLS, EVEN BLOCKED ME BECAUSE HE DOESN’T KNOW HOW TO DO BUSINESS. YOU SHOULD GO BACK TO WHEREEVER YOU LEARNED BUSINESS FROM. OR MAYBE YOU JUST WATCHED A FEW YOUTUBE VIDEOS AND CLAIMED YOURSELF A GLASS COMPANY. YOU WILL NOT MAKE IT FAR IN BUSINESS MY FRIEND. MARK MY WORDS

Very happy. Went by for a small piece lf glass. The guy was very nice listen to my unknowing of what I was talking about. We figured things out and he cut my glass for me quickly and I was out.

Had 5 windows replaced less than a year ago and the window trim is coming off and there is sealant missing and one of them cracked. After contacting him the first time he did not show up at all. Tried to call him several times after and he will not answer or return my calls. Going to take him to small claims court DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CUTTING EDGE

Rude, not willing to work with me as a customer. Scolded me for asking him to convert my measurements saying “you know we are in America.” Then hung up on me. I can take my business elsewhere and I must warn you, this company has rude employees and the customer is not always right. Cutting Edge of being jerks.

Out experience with Cutting Edge Glass and Mirror was excellent.This is our second time using the company.We had a shower door installed a year ago.We had 8ft patio doors and screen installed 4 days ago.The installation was efficient and professional.The new doors look wonderful.
